- BarbWe receive robo calls from this number beginning at 8:30 am until 8:30 pm every day. We have dealt with this annoying company in the past few months. Made a payment arrangement with them, stuck to it and STILL receive robo calls. Got fed up and answered a call to let them know that we are following through with our payments and want the robo calls STOPPED. A very nice lady told us that she would try and stop the calls for us. After a couple of minutes she got back on the line and told me that she was unable to stop the calls because the computer is set up to continue to make the calls while there is a still a back balance. So you make payment arrangements, stick to them and still get hassled all day every day!

- AllenReceived two calls from this number this afternoon and no one every answers, even though it rings several times before we pick up.
- Sarah| 1 replyMessage states "We're sorry we could not talk with you today..." even when answered in person. Really?!?!
First, I tried calling back at 1-800-733-1116 and explained that I have never had a card with Sears and asked to be removed from the call list--she said she would "try to remove me from the call list." After daily calls for 2.5 weeks, I finally looked up this number online and found a phone number for the general office (Sears MasterCard 1-800-669-8488). Had to press "0" several times to reach a person.
Apparently, someone else used my phone number on their account. I asked to have my phone number removed from their database. Talked to a customer service rep named Bill and a man in the "Consumer Fraud" department named CJ. I was told to "disregard the previous calls" and "disregard any calls in the future." I told them if I got another call, they'd be hearing from a lawyer as I'm on the Do Not Call Registry.
We'll see what happens...- Caller: Sears Citibank Mastercard
