Maybe you should move to another country where you don't have a right to post stupid crap

Either these calls have to be robo calls, or you have to have some really ignorant people making them. I have blocked this number on my telephone system, yet, they still keep calling, sometimes multiple times per day (my phone system allows me to see if any blocked number still call, yet my phone never rings on blocked numbers).
To Steve: I go to a local Red Cross donation center every eight weeks and donate (that's the minimum frequency allowed). I get calls from this number three days after the donation. If any of my immediate family is not in need of blood, I have it donated to our armed forces. The last half of your statement makes me believe that in the dictionary, under moron, you picture is posted, along with the pictures of "yeah right" and "you tool". Of course people post stupid crap here, but it may be the only way to relieve frustrating outside of picking up a 12-gauge pump shotgun and going on a 4 state killing spree

Because they cannot do that with an 800 number

they should not be calling you you cannot give before 8 weeks after last donation: unless it is Phar

I have been unable to donate blood for over 20 years due to medications I must take.  When I was able to give blood, I didn't have a cell phone.  I do not have my cell phone number on my facebook page or on the internet and yet they have been calling me none stop for the past three days.  How do we go about getting these calls to stop?  I am already registered on the do not call list and update my phone every year on this list.

Yes, when they call my home from Red Cross it shows up but not cell phone. Either way,  leave a message

These people are real vampires sometimes. I had to block their number, the amount of calls were getting ridiculous. Also why do they block their Caller ID?

I told them my doctor says I am anorexic and I cant donate. I haven't picked up the phone in 2-3 months and they still call me...

It's the ARC calling for blood...again.  You CAN stop the calls.  
 
I wrote an e-mail and sent it to --> ombudsman@redcross.org  

"Bob" replied and asked me to verify my name & phone number.  And, voila!  Less than one week after I gave Bob my info, the calls for my blood stopped completely!   Hooray!   The ombudsman saved my sanity.

I do not know who there are but want calls stopped. Thanks.

800Notes is not a call blocking service. You are going to have to do this yourself.

Now that I have taken the time to google this nuisance number, I agree - it's time to re-think about giving blood.  These calls are so very annoying:(

It never ceases to amaze me that people assume posting here will stop calls.

This number keeps calling my work number.  I do not get it.  I have never signed up to give blood.   I never use my work number when signing up so not sure how they would have gotten it.   My work phone number is not on my facebook just like my cell number is not on my facebook page either.  this is the third time within a week they have called my work number.

This number calls my cell phone, but leaves no message.

I get between one and four missed calls every single day from this number. I have even asked to be removed from their list. I donate blood regularly and I find these calls to be very annoying.

This is a message to all prior posters. I called this number back today as I was being hounded by the call at all hours like the rest of you. A very nice woman was able to remove my number from the call list. I explained that I still do plan to give blood as much as I am able, but the emails are the best way to get into contact with me. They were very understanding and it was a painless process. Please give blood if you can, and make a simple quick call if the incoming requests are too much. They would be happy and willing to ablige.
