Called and left messages on four separate occasions for someone with the same last name, no relation.  Indicated at first that it was "not a marketing call" and then "a personal business matter." Left a name (Mary Nelson) and extension (253).

I'm so glad they called.  They can't, by law, leave the purpose of their call with anyone else who answers my phone or on my answering machine.  They NEVER say "urgent", and they ALWAYS leave their name.  I thought everything was straightened out, but, if I didn't call back, I wouldn't have known that their client put the debt on my credit bureau report, bringing down my credit score by over 100 points over a $50 debt.  Then, six months later, I owed another one of their clients over $2,000 and that client was about to take legal action!  Every one of the collectors there is highly professional and eager to help.  Not once did they make me feel inferior or ashamed.  They were very understanding and worked out a great payment plan.  They even removed the debt from my credit bureau report based on a technicality that THEY TOLD ME about!

That's not exactly true, I found out I had 2 different Comcast accounts from 2 different service addresses
OOPS, I had moved and never got the final bill on either.  The girl @ Eastern explained everything to me and help me get it all resolved, and was actually quite pleasant.  The NICEST collection agency I ever dealt with.

i just recieved a call from 2032702400 with a women carol ext 219 for my boyfriend, i dont even know how they got my number?! but she said the same thing, i am not selling anything to you, or to him, this is a very urgent call and he needs to make it a point to cal me back tonight before 8 o clock.. making it seem like something real bad happened to him or to someone.. like, dont do that.

I just recieved a call from this company for my cousin-in-law.  Not even a true relative.  I said I didn't know him, but I'll ask my wife and to leave a number.  I don't know where they made the connection.

They are calling a wrong number.  I am not calling them back...

They called my work number. Not acceptable! Email or postal mail would have been fine.

Received call from Eastern Account System.... They can't state who, or reason for call. Sorry not returning call. Thank goodness for google !! Collection can send letter for reason of collection. Blocking on my phone. Umm, call from one number, and leave another what crap is that.

Received very vague message to call "Lillian" at ext 254. I'm not in the habit
of answering call numbers I'm not familiar with.

I just got a call from this number telling me they had information pertaining to my daughter.  My daughter is only 3.  Very creepy.

They are calling my non-verbal, special needs brother who's on title 19. I wonder what he could possibly owe them? His medical expenses are covered by the government, and he really doesn't buy much else (make that ANYTHING else).

This number called this morning and the woman asked to speak with Tiffany. No Tiffany here and call was ended.

Eastern Account Servuces Inc called about a comcast bill. The service was for me horrible. many shut downs and interruptions. I changed my provider and Comcast can pound. Will gladly take them to Court
