YOU WON'T BE CALLED IF YOU DON"T OWE ANYTHING. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TAKE THE CALL AND FOR ONCE ASKED WHY YOU WERE CALLED TO STOP THEM FROM CALLING YOU. IF SOMEONE OPENED A CARD (FRAUD) THEN YOU CAN FILE FOR A DISPUTE

Pick up their call and talk to them. I'm sure  they will stop

She wants to get your number to check if your phone number is link to any credit card on their file.if it is associated with a credit card and your name doesn't match then  they will stop calling you and register it as wrong Number.=)

How hard you slam the phone makes no difference to what the person hears on the other end...to have impact you would need to slam your phone against the table...and then hang up. But don't suggest that. You may only harm your phone. losers? there is no one in my household who owes money to sears> no why? nobody has ever or will ever deal with sears you idiot. If this isn't harassment i don't know what is .every day at 8:00 12:00 and 3;00 p.m for days on end.So if you think you are doing nothing wrong ,have the guts to leave a message with the name of your superior  idiot so i can have this out.sometimes i think because you can get a number blocked for a fee that it would be very lucrative for your provider to inundate you with calls until you finally phone them to sign up for their call blocking

The caller was so rude and I didn't buy anything from chase! It's like a legal! Sooo bad luck! And she called me since last Tuesday!

this isnt sears collection. i never shopped at sears. i still get the calls with some online scheme

I was late with my sears payment

I keep receiving calls from this number but on the two occasions I did pick up the phone no-one spoke to me so I am no longer answering calls from this number.  If anyone wants to contact me they can put it in writing.

If this is Sears, I don't know why they're calling me because  I don't have a Sears account.  If it's some other debt collector, I don't know why they're calling me because I don't own anybody any money.   I just ignored the call and blocked the number.

The word is "illegal", not "a legal".  Chase is a bank, so you can't buy anything from them.  Maybe you have one of their credit cards.

Very annoying

Received a call from this number but didn't answer. According to previous posts, this is a call from Sears Canada.  However, i don't have any credit cards or any ties linking me to Sears in any way. I rarely shop there and the last time I did it was a cash/debit transaction. I think this is fraudulent if they are asking for your credit card number just based on what's said prior to my post.

Yeah - never ever had a Sears account.  Robo calls.  Not in debt, except the usual, mortgage & car payments & they are absolutely current.  YOU must be part of this scam, aren't you?
