- annoyedI am getting calls from this number.....and they are calling the wrong person! They finally left a message as I refused to answer the call seeing it was a 1-800 number. As soon as they left a message I called back and said you have the wrong number...this is my phone number not Lisa Smith's or whoever you asked for. THey asked what number they called, I gave it to them, then they asked my name. I refused to give it saying it was none of their business.
Have been called 5 times today so I guess telling them they have the wrong number doesn't matter!@ I emailed the CTRC to see if they can do anything to stop this harassment.- Caller: Chase
- Jeremy D.They just call.. I said the person was busy and i ask it was for what and they said its confidential...
I try to call a few minutes later and it sais : Welcome to Card Service...

- Anonymous| 1 replyThey call me up to 10x a day and they start at 8am
Mon-Sat..I don't even get to sleep in on a Saturday
I don't answer because I know why they are calling...I unfortunately cannot pay anything right now so I feel dealing with them is pointless at this point
what really bothers me is people on here telling us to pay our bills and they'll stop...sadly most of us do want to pay and hate the fact that we can't..i've had good credit for years and since the recession i've had THE hardest time maintaining a steady job..and believe me it eats me up not being able to pay..what's worse is these companies charge you $25 for every month you are over your limit..not only do they charge interest now that too...which is ridiculous
I wish they'd just call and leave a message...they've left a msg maybe twice over the million times they've called over the last few weeks..it's more on the lines of harassment now
When i worked in collections we were told never to call more than 3x..and on the 3rd time leave a message appareantly that doesn't happen anymore
No more calls: I actually do plan on speaking to a credit counsellor to help me try and clear this debt..but i'd like to secure a job first..since all my money goes to rent n food right now- Caller: Chase

- Why Can't I ask what's the issue about| 4 repliesI got the call today demanding to speak to my mom, who don't speak English and don't owe sears $$ since she paid in cash, and my mom was at work, so I asked what's the issue about and rudely she said get your mom to call back as soon as possible and then hung up.
Excuse me! but If my mom really owes $$ Why Can't Her 21 Year Old Son Get The Information about For I am the one handling all her issues anyways. WTF
Confidential to only people "NOT RELATED". I am her Son For Crying Out Loud I have the F**KING RIGHT TO KNOW!

- Bear replies to collectori was just surfing the net and came across this ..... if you work for chase...... you are not a spokesperson for chase and you rambling on shows people that your intellect is something of a collection agency mind. in other words time to change your line of work and get to what you seem good at..... talking when you should be listening.. your FIRED show this and your posting to your boss and i bet it will be your last day.. LOSER you say your not a collection agency but you go by the name collector????? duh!!!! your no rocket scientist thats for sure maybe try counting skittles or something... oh 11 is after 10....LOL
- UnderstandingThey called. JPChase Financial or whatever. They are a valid credit company - they hold all Sears credit cards. It says it right on the back of your Sears card - their name, right there. So if you've forgotten to pay your bills, or have run into financial difficulty, it is their unpleasant job to call you and get their money back. The joys of borrowing money - no matter how small, the lender always wants it back. No matter what your story is, either.

- Unknown replies to Mike| 3 repliesI called Sears to complain about how ignorant and rude callers from CHASE have been. Sears informed me that CHASE owns the credit card department from Sears and there is nothing they can do about it. That has to be the most rediculous thing I've ever heard, talk about passing the buck.
- Why Can't I ask what's the issue about| 1 replyTurns out sears didn't even told us to call the creadit card company to change our own address and our address was changed in sears for the stuff we purchased. There was a late payment due to the fact that there was no recipes or invoice mailed to us so we weren't able to understand the time to pay and payed a few days from the actual time. Also in payment the cashier didn't tell us that it was late so only charged the original.
In the end on the phone with Case Card Company, every charge was void due to the fact that there was a communication between. and the mail didn't get through.- Caller: Case

- DRGHomeless, got a free cell phone thru Safelink for emergencies only, yes, i would work if i could find a job, any, Sears keeps calling my number, for a deliquent bill that this phone number must have belonged to. NO ONE THERE CAN CHECK, by her name and my phone number to change and update their info on her. MY MINUTES ARE BEING EATEN UP BY SEARS. Tried THREE NUMBERS AND ALL RESPONSE IS FROM AN IDOIT!! YEP! I"M MAD!!
- LoreMy experience is very similar. Caller was a woman who speaks little English. She wanted to speak with another person in my household and wanted to confirm the spelling of that person's name. I asked if I could take a message and she would say only that the call was from a company called "CHASE" and it was "personal and confidential." She asked if she could call again and I advised her to call back later. She said she would but did not. Must be important, eh! The lack of disclosure struck me as indicative of identity theft. Very strange call.
- NikiSO [***] MAD< THEY ALREADY CALLED 5 TIMES TODAY SINCE 8:45 its now only 3pm, the WORST part?...do you really want to hear it....
I either hear a automated system or silence, either way I call back and say my father is not here "I'm sorry he wont be here until this weekend call then or set your system for then please and thank you", also I said if you want to make sure you get to even talk to him, send him a letter too because I deal with fraud banks trying to get information all the time and I advise my dad to not talk until he gets a letter first and he calls himself, he said no problem we'll do that! I'm like great bye"
...so it all over happens again!,I call again and say I'm sorry, put my number in and see what I told the last agent, he said OH I dont know why the system did that,I said, listen I'm very sick and pregnant and I'm resting you keep waking me up and I keep running to the kitchen as I'm waiting for a call long distance. I said Please stop this is turning to abuse. he apologized and hung up.another call an hour later with silence, I call again and a women answers when I call back, I say, excuse me I told the last guy I'm very pregnant and sick right now, please stop, I"m honestly telling you hes not here, hes out of town, and even if he was here like a normal person he works days, okay?" she apologizes and hangs up, well guess what as I was writing this I geta nother call, a man answers this time, I'm like, you've got to be kidding me.....
I feel like I should call the police from these idiots, they were not rude and I wasnt rude, but for them to keep calling, and even the last time I actually got a call form a person not the machine, this is very ignorant. I wish I could take the phone from the charger and have it with me in bed at least but I have a really bad battery right now. I could cry I'm so upset, this isnt fair and now that I look at the phoneID from yesterdaytheres about 10 missed calls that I missed when I was at the doctors, If they are so desperate for their money, they shouldn have invested in all these people to abuse people because in the end thats how they LOSE money(lose customers) time to rip up cards after payment, I'll tell my dad this for sure when he gets back, especially after reading these posts! seriosuly I'm on bed rest-I'm pregnant, hes not here, I'm nice and civil and honest with you, how could you?- Caller: Chase
