- not kimberly lovelaceThis company has called me several times concerning a Kimberly Lovelace. I do not know this person but if I did I would not tell them. I have never talked with a company so rude!!! I asked to speak with a supervisor they refused! They will not shut up long enough to hear what you are saying. If I knew were this business was based out of I would call and report, but all I have is this number to the collection department. Her name was DONNA THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

- JulesLike many others posted here, I simply answered the phone and got a voice recording saying asking if I was not "so and so" then hang up...so I did! Why should I wait on hold if they are the ones calling me?! Not dumb enough here to do that. Although one thing to do when a collection agency does call...DO NOT ANSWER!!! They cannot do anything until they actually reach you verbally (they must tell you that you are being recorded, as required by most state laws) or notify you by certified mail (you must sign for the documents). If they do not have your voice recording or signature of receipt for certified mail receipt through the USPS/Fed Ex/UPS, then they cannot do anything to you.
For fun with a telemarketer, put them on hold for several minutes. Bet they don't stay on very long. Or you can always crank up the music and set the receiver on the speaker. That should be enough to make them want to hang up real fast. :-)- Caller: UNKNOWN NAME
- MelRI started receiving these calls and called back to find out who or what it was. The woman told me it was for Quest Diagnostics, who I have never heard of. She asked if I went to the doctor on a random date 9 months ago. I told her I wasn't sure. She said it was from blood work done at my doctor's office. Strike One, my doctor doesn't use Quest Diagnostics for lab work. They have their own lab, run by another company entirely, right in the office. Nice try. I also pulled my credit report (I have credit monitoring) and found no such thing on my credit report. I asked repeatedly for the contact information for Quest and she kept trying to cut me off and saying "You owe this bill". I refused to respond until she gave me the number. I told her I had my credit monitored and this account, which she claims is almost a year old, is nowhere to be found. She said "FINE, take it up with Quest". Believe me, I will.

- PamSAY THEY WANT MICHAEL ELLIOT....SOMETIMES.
OTHER TIMES THEY SAY THEY R A CREIT COMPANY
I'VE TOLD THEM MANY TIMES....QUIT CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Tired of Questinfo@amcaonline.com.
I would e-mail these people and state you do not wish to be called anymore and to send everything in writing. If they do not have your address, please be smart and do not give it out and state you will then report them to the police as they should have all information pertaining to a debt they are collecting on. I was sent a "bill" from them and I have evidence that my insurance company paid and I paid the amount due. Quest Diagnostics loves to bill my doctor and get paid twice (from the insurance and then the patient). They have always billed me the full amount and I dispute the matter and now this comes up. This was settled already and I am not paying something that was paid before. What scum to not investigate before trying to collect on claims. - Frankie SpadesThey call and leave messages saying that it is an attempt to collect a debt. If the person answering the phone is not "John Doe", please hang up. I do not listen to automated calls and if it were important, a real person would call and leave a message.

- Becky| 1 replyThese [***] just keep calling and who knows who they are or what they want. I never answer 800 number calls anyway but I am sick of being woke up by them. I work odd shifts and need my sleep. they even call on Sunday of all things. I read they are a medical collection place so if that is true they don't want me anyway because I have coverage through military service and have had for over 20 years.

- AngryThis number has been calling me for weeks claiming that I owe them money for blood work done a year ago that my insurance covered. The amount is different every time they call. They give my maiden name, the time in question I had already changed to my married name. They also give me an old address, with the wrong city. Like the looked it up on map quest or something. I called and a man answered and knew my name before I said anything and was extremely rude.
