Was your "monster" called Ms. Walker? Because she sounds like the like not-so-helpful customer "service" representative that I dealt with.

i have a debt with them and have found them to be very easy to work with and extremely understanding so i dont know what u all are talking about.

Has anyone ever heard of Apelles Collection Company.
They called an settled with me for US Bank.
It all seemed legit, I ask questions..loll like acc number....they had it right.
So I settled with them.
Watching my bank acct now for any drastic changes.
Seriously though, he didn't sound like your typical collector.
It was a man low voice but knew the info.

I have received calls form this company about an account that has ben paid. I have also received calls form this company, which I am not ok with and i am not allowed t receive calls personal calls from anyone no matter what and I would like to keep this company from calling me at home or work again, no matter what.

They call and hang up 10 times a day. I file FTC complaint every time they call and hang up. I'm getting a lawyer to sue there dumb ass.

they are not cust service anything they are collection speaclists they are not paid to be nice. They are paid to collect your unpaid bills.

it is an honest job, the burden to soceity are the people not paying their bills

they can only take money from your acct if you gave it to them.

that's good advice tell people to further ruin their credit and ignore their bills

thier not allowed to talk about the persons debt with you so they have to say its a personal matter but the person can tell you who they are and WHOM they REPRESENT wether it be themselves (independant collector or skip tracer as thier called) or if they work for an actual collection company.

In the age of corruption and economic tension, these collectors can go to hell.
they are a bunch of people that are slaving away to collect payments that go straight to their bosses.  Americans are already burdened by corruption in this country and we have a right whether we owe or not...... to not pay debts.....

it's time to take a stand and not even give these scumbags the time of day.  What irritates them even more probably is if you don't even respond.  This is exactly what they seek and are recording you to try and see if they have the right person.  When you don't respond; it really must get their goat.

I keep getting calls...sometime 3-4 in an hour - but no one talks to me - they hang up before even saying anything - I know my ex has a lot of debt out there - and I have told them he does not answer my cell phone - but for crying out loud- take me off the list - don't just call and hang up, this is nuts...

This was a collection agency trying to reach someone on my cell phone that doesn't exist in my world.  Hopefully they stop calling now.
