Exactly!  I'm getting calls for my brother-in-law because we have the same last name.  I am not paid by them to carry a message to him.  Contact him.  But they never send anything thru the mail, just phone calls.

Actually I received an email from these folks. I'm supposed to click on a link and put in the last 4 of my social...yeah I think not! Is this a new form of debt collecting???

No....it's an old form of ID theft and introducing malware in to your PC

   800-828-1110 called. Subject stated his name was Mike Morison.   Stated his company was NCB Management a collection agency. He didn't  state who he was calling to talk to.   The number didn't show up on my caller ID. It stated unavailable.  He said, "Please call  him at 1-800-828-1110 extension 1171.   I don't owe anybody any money.  I will no answer the phone or call him back. He  has called twice now.  He didn't give a case number or who he was calling for.   SCAM!

Called my husband this morning and first thing asked was what his SS# was.  He refused, they transferred to another person who asked what his phone number was!  Refused and then stated they must have the wrong number.

They called saying it was a federal matter and that they were calling to collect a debt.  Not saying what it was for.

Got voicemail from this so-called debt collector named bob lutz(?). I called the number he gave and got his vm. I told him that the individual he wanted to talk with no longer has this number and not to call again. I just got it 2 weeks ago. Said if he had anything further he wanted to speak to ME about, to just drag his azz down to Texas and it would get settled in a traditional Texas way. BYE!

I received a call from Banning Tunnel about a business that he had to speak to a Joel.

Received phone call from Mike Morris. He stated he was from a debt collecting company. I have no business with them and their information is inaccurate.

Received a phone call from 800-828-1110 Ext.1558, A female named Lisa Geddy.

I let this call go to my answering machine.  Person wanted to talk to me regarding a debt I owe.  He didn't specify what debt I owe but I KNOW I don't have ANY debts.

Left a voicemail message as I was on the phone with another call, but I had no indication of a number on the caller ID. When I dialed my voicemail, the message was blank. I used my voicemail's options to find out the number which had called; immediately went on Bing to do a search, which gave me the name of NCB Management. The search also brought me here. Since no message was left, I can't say for sure it was this company, but wanted to list what information I had as far as being attached to this number.

They called to say I owe a debt but would not take the payment plan I offered which I think is not fair because when you only have so much money a month to spend you do that wisely and I look at it like this if they want to payed back then they should work the client.

I received a call today from this number, 4 to 5 times. Those calls was intended for me. The machine operator knows my name, so I listened to what it says. Good thing, I always choose number 2 for tagalog, but then the phone call will end immediately. Let's be aware. Do not give your hundred percentage trust to anybody or anything.

Seems like this number is coming back into style.  I got a call today.  I have debt, like everyone else.  Except, all mine is current.  I am not behind with anyone.  I did not answer and they left a voicemail.
