I've received 2 voicemails from Joy at x.1283 on my cell phone and also 2 voicemails on my work phone. I NEVER give out my work number. She's never said the company she's calling from, just that her company is working on a business matter and I need to call her. I called the main # she left (800-828-1110) and the main beginning message is how I found out it was this NCB place. Then I googled it, and eventually wound up here. This is extremely aggravating!

Or maybe you could just pay your bills so the economy isnt so bad and quit crying about people calling you to ask you to pay back the money you borrowed!

I received a voice mail message for a person who has never lived in my home. I returned the call and told Matt Leonard that this person did not live with me. I hope that is the last I hear  from Mr. Leonard. He did ask  me if I knew hou to contct this person to which I replied I did not. The recorded message that I heard stated that this call was an attempt to collect a debt.  It is extremely rude and a form of harrasment  to  contact parties not involded in the debt. Do you really think I I would give you informaton or better yet do your job for you by contacting this person? Think again. I would like to know who gave you my telephone number though.

Also, If this were a legitimate debt you would have this parties contact information. Leave the rest of us alone. It is none of our business and not our concern. Thank You!!

stop calling me!  mike morris keeps calling me from this #  ext. 1483.  always says it's urgent - if he was a professional  - he wouldn't use urgent in a message - urgent means family! not a call from a Telemarketer.  STOP CALLING.  i have no debt... i have great credit... and i certainly have no need to talk to you!!

he said "yes a liz..this is Burns... Mike Morris... it is urgent that you call me right away" !  he has a looonnnggg wait.

Oh aren't you high and mighty - so you never had a financial hardship?  We incurred debt on 2 incomes and then my husband got sick.  He has been unable to work for 18 months.  I work 2 jobs and we live on peanut butter and spaghetti.  That doesn't make it right for these people to Google me to get my classroom phone number and call while I am teaching and refuse to hang up even when I tell them I am teaching a class.

Bill collectors are not customer service. You forfeited your right to customer service when you stopped paying your bill. Everyone understands hardships, its part of life. Nobody twisted your arms when you took the money or the service, why do you give them a hard time when paying them back. Look up the difference between collections and service....customer service is for customers, you are no longer a customer  when you breech a contract that you willingly signed into. Now I understand that 10 phone calls in one day is a bit ridiculous and Collectors can be sympathetic, but it is hard to be sympathetic to debtors who already have it in their heads that collectors are stupid and rude. They are there to help, but they are chained to the laws they have to abide by. If you do not call back or if they are looking for someone they are going to try every avenue to find the person who owes the bill. They have ways for you to get them to stop calling.

    Hi armymom1....

Yes I hear you. It's a shame how ignorant and completely stupid people can be sometimes. I was always very responsible and would always pay my bills on time. I was laid off due to the downturn in the housing market and my marriage fell apart. He wanted to leave and when he did he left a lot of debt on my shoulders. Fast forward two years and even though I've had a lot of debt go into collections, I am tackling them one at a time. Most good Americans actually do that. We survive the best we can. And for ignorant morons to post stupid comments like "quit complaining and pay your bills" just shows the elementary level of intelligence that is out there. But we all have hard times and apparently that stupid person hasn't experienced it for themselves yet but trials come to everyone. We can rest assured that it's those types of individuals that will have the hardest trials down the road because of their complete and utter disrespect for their fellow man. It's the only way they learn their lesson in life. I respect you even though I don't know you and I pray your circumstances turn around. Take care :)

Received a message from a Sue Miller X1110.  Didn't say why she called.  By the posts here, I'm assuming it's a debt collector.  Yes, we have debts ---- $160,000 in medical bills because of no medical insurance.  My husband is 100% disabled due to a severe stroke & requires 24/7 care.  He is still, after 5 years, on an abdominal feeding tube.  All of our assets are gone because they were used to pay a caregiver out of pocket.  We are both on disability and barely making it.  Our house needs a new roof because water is seeping under the existing one. Expenses for my husband (bed pads, briefs, etc.) run around $600/month.  Our 6 year old vehicle needs $1500 in repairs.  So, BILLS get what we can afford, be it $10/month.  My husband comes FIRST.  I welcome ANYONE to walk in our shoes for a month.

To accuratly correct everyone. The limitation is 7 years in most states and if the creditor sells it to someone else the 7 year liitaion starts over. So they get you by selling when they know they are getting close to the 7th year. If you owe debt pay the debt some way and if you don't owe and they are calling looking for someone else then just don't answer it, very simple or just hang up on them when they ask for someone other than you. I am sure they will get the picture after a few times you hang up on them. I an young with debt and I am not crying about it cause I know it is mine and it will haunt you in the end. In these cases everyone thinks they are right, even me but I just went through a financial class and learned a lot, maybe  some of you guys can take a class like that. An no I do not work for NCB Management but you can think what you want from my post, just telling it like it is.

I have gotten calls from this number for the last 2 weeks.  Yesterday, they called my parents' home.  I have not lived with my parents for over 20 years.  My mom asked what the call pertained to, but was told by a Frank Muni that he could not disclose any information because it concerns a federal matter.  My husband has been laid off for over 2 years.  Yes, we do have some debts.  I wish there was a way that we could pay them.  However, as of right now, we are just making ends meet.  After reading the posts here, I am confused.  Should I call these people back?

This agency knows perfectly well how to reach you and are only bugging your parents to create shame and distress. If you haven't seen a dunning letter by now, they aren't serious and probably cannot prove a claim. That proof, by the way, is their problem, not yours.

Calling back will only get you into lopsided negotiation, maybe with some pushy rep looking for a commission. Take it to a paper trail, either a validation request or a cease-comm. Learn how to exercise your rights as an alleged debtor at FTC-dot gov.

A "Mr. Gleason" called me from 215-244-4200, and flagged it as an urgent message, but did not list a company name or anything for reference.  He requested that I call him "Immediately!" at the 800-828-1110.

If it's important, they'll give me something more than a false name and an extension to call.
