- NJUSTGot a call from the number, didn't answer since I didn't know who it was. After reading through this, I'll answer next time, we did just move so I'm sure that is what they are calling about. It would be nice if they left a message, I think a lot of people don't answer calls when they don't know the number.

- None stop!!!Its Gecio calling... I got a call from this number this morning didn't pick up no message... called it back from a landline, they were calling cause I changed my address, but I told them 2 months ago about the address change... About 3hrs later I got another call from them didn't pick up, and 20 minutes after that another call, this one I picked up, it was an just a recording letting me know I need to call them. Confused I called them back to find out what the deal was... needless to say about two weeks ago I dropped for liberty mutual which was cheaper and local... Gecio was great to sell me, great support but [***] communication..

- William PattersonI received an email today which shows Geico but I believe it is an attempt to steal my ID. They are asking me to participate in something called Geico Express, which for verification purposes will include my Zip Code paired with any one of the following: Policy Number, Phone Number, or Social Security Number. This email just looks weird to me! I did not get a telephone call but the toll free number was included in the email.
- Mrfly| 1 replyThis is just Geico, no worries. I don't know what they would want if you don't have insurance but I have Geico and they were calling to get some updated info that actually lowered my bill.
- Caller: Geico
- Joe Schmo replies to 1PissedOffConsumerIt's good policy to turn off your ringer at night so people can't wake you up. Geico or other.
- SHTF GEICO IS IN TROUBLE READY TO BANKRUI think they call constantly out of sheer desperation to save the company from going bankrupt. I mean haven't you heard "you can save 20% or more compared to geico" comercial? People are switching their car insurance.
For as much as you are paying now, did you know you can have a more niche insurance company like AAA with member benifits WITHOUT ALL THE HARRASING PHONE CALLS?- Caller: 18008413000
- Brian B replies to TimGood call tim! I also was like oh great, phone surveys.... but I also just changed my address with the post office but didn't inform GEICO... would bet that is why they are calling.
Although I answered and no one spoke...waited a little and then hung up. No call back or message.
Guessing some employees are just calling and hoping people dont answer or purposely acting like they didnt.... because personally I know I would NEVER try to circumvent working.... haha - Brian B replies to MichelleI also was like oh great, phone surveys.... but I also just changed my address with the post office but didn't inform GEICO... would bet that is why they are calling.

- AnnGEICO is using the same identifying number for both sales calls and legitimate service issues. If there is a problem with my payment, I need to know about it, but I don't want them calling me to ask if I want boat insurance.
- Caller: Geico
- Gaia| 1 replyI don't have Geico and they call me 3 times a day. It could be a scam.
- Urge to RoamI received two calls from Geico today, one from 800-841-3000 and one from 843-619-7688. I do not have and have never had a Geico policy. The message asked me to immedicately provide my financial institution and account number. This is clearly phising, even though Geico actually conducts business on this line per comments before. Be careful, be very careful!
