This number has been calling my wife's cell for years asking for somone we've never heard of.  She's told them multiple times we're not that person and they call like once every 3 months, very odd.

We had this same guy, when my husband called and questioned this letter. My Husband gave him his social security without thinking. The lady said it was not the matching number that we should ignore it. The next day we got a herassing phone call from them saying he owed this money from this bank. We never had a credit card from this bank. My husband ended up calling HIM a few names and hung up on him. I hope they don't steal his identity.
I'm reading a lot of stuff on these guys. How come there still out there?

I recieved a call from a mike leiberman from tom landis law offices. The caller id was 215-642-3400. He wanted me to return his call and that it was urgent but gave me a different number to call him back at.1-800-853-4000. I am so glad for this post. I did a google search on this company as i wanted info on them because i had no idea who they were. this post has saved me from probably making a really huge mistake thank you.

any word from the jerks now ?

My Fiance recieved a call from these people on his cell asking for me the guys name was jason freeman. All the info he gave when i called him back was not even close to mine the only thing he had the same was my first name. I have no idea how he would of got my fiances number. They better not call me back again cause I will be taking legal action if they do.

Called me today @ work about a debt that happened years ago and looking for an ex .a

Got a msg on my answering machine from a Linda McCoy.  She was so hard to understand I think I played the msg 7 times before I could get all the information down.  She stated she was from the Law Office of Attorney Tom Landis.  She mentioned something about Property and gave me an Internal # to reference and to call her back at 800-853-4000.  Thanks for your posts!  I will not be calling her back!!!

I've been continuing to get these calls from 18008534000, but they don't actually call me. They call my mother, with whom I haven't lived with in years!! No idea how they got that number. They won't tell her what it's about or anything! I'll admitt, I have some debt, but I just feel like debt collectors would call me directly. I was curious and googled this numer and it told me it was a SCAM ARTIST! Law offices of Thomas Landis was the "law firm." I don't know what to do!
