My bank statement records that Your credit union withdrew $121.50 from my personal bank account on 1/4/08. I do not know who you are or who authorized this. I need a response immeadiately.

This was not a phone call. I found a 0.00 transaction in our bank account with this phone number attached to it. I have called this number, it gave no name of company but it did ask if I was calling about my insurance account.

I did find a charge of 40.50 on my statement and I never made any payment or  purchases from that account for a while ..I don't know where that charge came from.

I didn't get a phone call, this 800 number charged my MasterCard $33.00 for something I did not authorize.

The number did not call me but it definitely CHARGED my checking account and withdrew money without my consent. My account went negative because of this. I want quick answer on who this company is.

this number did not call me but my credit union notified me of an attempt to withdraw money from my checking account with the letters AD&D and the number 800-862-7182 attached.  I have no idea who they are since they identify themselves only as the"customer service center" when called and I did not authorize any withdrawal.

Like the others I received no call from this 800 number and I authorized no one to bill my checking account. I shall contack my bank and see about stoping payment to this company. They have been duing this since April. Please reply.

This also put me in the negative and I will get a $30 charge. I do not know who this is and like everyone else I would like some answers.

I have the same problem a charge for $40.50 from AD&D 8008607182. My account went negative because of this. I called my bank to stop payment from this merchant.

I found several debits from my bank account over the last six months.  I assumed it was something my wife was charging. Turns out she has no idea about who this is.  I will get answers!

Like everyone else I did not receive a call from this number but a charge of $10.20 with this number attached to it was made from my checking account. This charge hits my checking account once a quarter.  I'm working with my bank to get them removed.

It's some kind of consultant firm that facilitates insurance financing. They function out of Nashville. Along with whatever else they do, they just started working payments for what used to be Continental Casualty Company and is now Hartford, based in CN.

I have an identical experience--a $49.50 charge to who? No one seems to know. i RECEIVED NO CALL. I authorized no transaction. I just appeared.

This has been going on for a long time--WHY HAVE THEY NOT BEEN TRACKED OR CAUGHT?

my husband did not get a call but our bank account was debited 49.50 just yesterday we have closed out the account. also 5 other charges on pos we didnt make ther person that stole his bank info has charged lingerie and babby items from new york. anyone reading this needs maybe to close your account it all maybe connected apparently so. kayla

only states this is customer service the bank located it and said it was an insurance co. we have closed our account other charges  were being made

I finally figured out who they are.
I purchased accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance and they debited me every quarter.

Not a call.  This appeared on my bank statement, like everybody else, here.  I did NOT buy any of their insurance, and I do not know how they got my bank information.  However, I HAVE reported them to the BBB.  Perhaps you all should do the same.  This would get investigated, since Community Trust isn't a member of the BBB, and if they receive multiple complaints, maybe they will put an end to their scheme.

Please note that the phone number 1800-860-7182 belongs to The Affinion Benefits Group who supplies many banks and credit unions with AD&D or term life insurance.  If you google this number, you will notice that there are several financial institutions listed.  

If you have a charge on the account, it is because you signed up for insurance through your financial instution.  They only bill quarterly, so many people forget they have signed up.  If you call the number, they will be able to look up your account and you can discuss your options with them.  The only association this number has with this number, is that they offer their members insurance through the Affinion Group also.
