I ALMOST AGREED TO WORK IT OUT WITH THIS DOUCHE.   I was so close when he just flat out blew it.  It would have meant a considerable hardship on me and he would have been paid before other bills which were ahead of this one but he just could not help himself.  He became arrogant and condescending and now they will stay in the same place in line he was already at.   When this Robert person called me just now I informed him that I also was recording the phone call.  I do this for my protection and to prevent them from manipulating or flat out lying about our conversation.  They can edit their tapes to make it sound however they like, but I have the entire conversation.  I'm glad I did as this person tried very hard to say I was committing to paying $xxx a month, when this is NOT what was said and I told him that.   He told me to give him an amount I'd be willing to settle for.  Seriously?  If I had a chunk of change I could just settle my bill with I'd be paying him already.  I'm not trying to scam anyone.  I'm paying my bill consistently even if it's not the amount they would prefer, it's what I can honestly afford.

I got a call from Lois at Paragon, wanting my daughter to call her.  I am on the national Do Not Call registry.

My significant other and I received a call from Mr Barry. He is a man with a thick accent, and he's persistent. He called at ten am yesterday and scammed my boyfriend and I. Told us my boyfriend had won 10.5million and a car, but had a convincing stories that stated we had to pay half a percent of the taxes on the money and that the publicity crew, geico representatives, and good year reps, would be coming by, along with the mega millions guy to give is our check.... For .5% of the award money taxes. We believes him and he took us for five hundred and fifty six dollars..literally everything we have. As desperate as we are for money we took the chance, because the guy seemed.very legit until we sent him five hundred of the thousand needed, and because he said he would work something out with the US marshal, so we could pay qt a later time. Well we payed the 500 and he said we had to pay just a little more, and it would be done. Liar! He took the money and now we can't call him back. Why was there no.kind.of protection from this, and how can I pursue this guy for my money back.... I really need it!!! Any help? Beaniegirl_12@hotmail.com

I'm praying for you! Your comments are mean and offensive! The economy is bad due to poor economic decisions made by the government not the people they barley count as fraction of the contributing factors to this poor economy. I can tell that you may be going through some things, but you don't have to be mean. We can share our perspectives respectfully.

have you ever thought about it that if it is a MEDICAL DEBT threat person may be unable to work and pay their bill. The cost of healthcare is outrageous. Hope like hell you never get cancer or some other debilitating disease and are unable to work.

they call me but I have no bills and ask to speak to some guy I keep telling them he doesnt live here man they are very rude very day and sometimes at 9 at night my time so I blocked their number lol

I just received a call from this company, the person who called me said her name is Michelle  C. She said I owe $108 from a doctors bill. I said okay please send me something in writing, she said they did in May 2015...Well this is Oct 2015  and I don't recall getting anything in May. Michelle C. said she is not able to send me anymore bills out because that is costly to their company. I told her I will contact the Federal Trade Commission because this doesn't sound legit to me.
