calls several times a day - have number blocked and still receive calls - very rude messages left with no call back number

Receive numerous calls from this number, at various times and days.I would like this automated call stopped

so and so with an important message.  called on a saturday at 830 pm, called them back and was told to leave a message.

FCI WILL CALL YOU AND SAY YOU OW ON A HOSPITAL BILL FOR A LOCAL HOSPITAL COULD BE WADSWORTH, BABERTON OR A AKRON HOSPITAL. THEN THEY SAY YOU NEED TO PAY THIS BILL NOW. i TOLD THEM I DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY AT THIS TIME AND THEN SHE SAID I NEED STOP GOING OUT DRINKING AND GOING TO PARTIES AND PAY THIS BILL. I FEEL THAT THIS IS TOTALY WRONG HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE. SAID I HAD TO PAY IN FULL. I SAID I COULD DO 25.00 END OF THE MONTH AND SHE SAID NO COULD NOT WAIT THAT LONG. AND WAS MORE RUD AFTER THAT. SO I AM NOT GOING GIVE THEM ANYTHING UNTIL THEY UNDERSTAND THAT NOT EVERYONE OUT THERE PARTIES AND DRINKS AND GO OUT EVERY WEEKEND. i AM LUCKY TO HAVE 5 TO MY NAME AFTER I PAY MY BILLS AND PUT GAS IN MY CAR AND MAYBE LUCKY TO GOTO THE STORE TO GET FOOD FOR MY SELF. Important file to discuss.

These people call at all times of the day and after 9PM at night. Also on the weekends. They never say what the matter is that they want to discuss, just to call them about an important matter. If this was legitimate why can't they just tell you why they are calling? I am starting to get real irritated but I am not going to play their game.

They keep on calling my cell phone. How can I stop these calls?

It's a collection agency, probably for a hospital bill. I get calls from them all the time, sometimes 3 per day about a bill I owed from like 12 years ago when I had to get stitches when I was 18. It's been going on for over 2 years. One lady threatened to sue me and I laughed and laughed and told her to shove it up her ass. She said I'd been recorded and would be served within a week, that was a year and a half ago. Every time I think about changing my cell number they stop calling...I noticed they pick it up from december to January, must be the holiday spirit.

Received call from this number from Lynn Connor stating I had important business to discuss.
Extension 333 She is available until 8pm.

A recording calls all the time, saying they have important business mtters, and to call them back... I am so sick of these calls!

I received a call from this number on my cell also,
the problem is, it's a NEW cell phone and number,
but as a web-site owner I was able to find who owns the
domain name of First Collection (see below)
I have also reported this to FTC, FBI, and other government,
and contacted GFWireless.

I followed up with FCI, it turns out www.SzaboServices.com is providing wrong information. .

There are three FCI's: "France Contentieux International" (http://en.france-contentieux.com/), "First Collections Incorporated" (http://www.firstcollections.com/) and an FCI somewhere on the east coast.

The FCI in France is an international debt collector with clients overseas and no apparant connections to the United States. http://en.france-contentieux.com/

The FCI in Grand Forks North Dakota is a legitimate agency with no history of pretexting, or harassment. It seems you can call them anytime at 800-869-5166 and they handle mostly local accounts to them. http://www.firstcollections.com/

However, there is also an FCI possibly in Maryland somewhere. There is no info on them, they do not give out their phone numbers, and they have no website.

800-871-1840 is a virtually untraceable phone # and has no web address associated to it. My office is trying to research and validate this phone number, because of multiple complaints. This phone number is offering award winnings, calling about overdue bills, providing credit card services, calling from a hospital, and the list goes on. This activity is illegal, but so far no information implicates that any person from any of the above FCI's is directly associated with this number. Likely it is scammers attempting to use a business name to obtain consumer confidential information.

Please be careful when answering phone calls from any person who is trying to obtain account access, credit card information, or any confidential information. Banks, hospitals, collection agencies, and prize giveaways are required by federal and state laws to follow a specific set of protocols. It is advised that consumers being harassed by any of these pretexters know the local and federal regulations.

This number called and said they were M.C.I. and had an important credit card announcment!!! WTF???

I have got several calls from this number and its a generated call not saying who they are looking for they just ask that I call this number, when doing so they don't even ask for a name of who the are trying to reach....they just state that its a important business matter and leave a 1 800 871- 1840  They do not give me a company name just this number to call
If someones is  trying to  call me , then I expect them to let me know whats its in regards too and ask for me by name. They must call about 5-6 times weekly and its a hassle, they call my cell
