Medical debt collections

This is a medical debt collection agency.

Even if u determine the agency is legit you dont have to allow yourself to become a victim of collection harassment. Read the fair debt collections/practices act, know your rights under the law and report abusive conduct to the FTC.That info should be available thru wikipedia. Most agencies are without a conscience and do not care that your unemployed, disabled or insolvent. They will say and do anything to resolve the so called debt. If you are insolvent and unable to pay your debts then file bankruptcy, chapter 7.

Fortunately, your extremely poor advice is 4 years too late for that person.  Perhaps you should have taken the time to read to the last page, because I provided a link to both the CFPB web site and a list of State Attorney General's web sites.  Bankruptcy should be the very last option, especially when dealing with a debt collector.

I keep getting calls from this number.  They must be a debt collection agency.  I have blocked them.

Called me, i answered, then was put on hold with the repeating message, please stay on the line, someone will be with you shortly, its important we talk with you. Dude, you called me, I answered, why do I beed to be put on hold when you called me?

Kelly Kept calling  she hung up i called back and she kept asking for my info but refused to tell me what it was about I told her to send me a letter she said I don,t know your address and hung up.

They called a lot with my 5 yo's name!! Told me we owe. That we were turned over for collection. We have never had a bill anywhere for him!!!

No live person, just a recording on voicemail that repeats "HELLO. PLEASE HOLD FOR NEXT AVAILABLE ATTENDANT"

Called my cell yesterday at 1:00pm during my work hours- dead giveaway.  Didn't leave vm and I never picked up. Glad I didn't.  Blocked.

Recorded voicemails about "important matter to discuss" but doesn't say where they are calling from.

Tried to say they were the FBI

Got a voicemail from this number, stating its important we speak with you, please hold for like 1 min.  A lady stated my first full name and then hung up.  No return phone call was request.... screw them.  Didn't state a company name or anything.

Any time they say "an important matter to discuss" it's a bill collector

Said an important matter to discuss which translates to it's a bill collector
