I go along with what "Not a hater, nor sychophant" dated 3 Aug 2010. My husband was contacted by Kemp & Associates while he was in the hospital in a comma and I answred the phone.  The person I spoke with was very nice.  My husband has a large family and it is impossible to keep up with them all.  He would have never known about this relatives death otherwise.  I feel this service cost is justified.  I have been doing a lot of geneaolgy research on my own family and it takes a lot of time and money to do the research and if you think that hiring an attorney would cost less, well think again.  You have the attorney fee plus the time and money involved in doing the research to find all possible heirs to the deceased.

Those of you complaining are the GREEDY ones.  Try to find a deceased relative with monies left behind and see what comes of that.  Are you still unwilling to pay the fee asked by Kemp and Associates?

You are nuts Kemp and ass o [***], you never return phone calls. That to me shows that no one really represents anyone. Its been 2 years and nothing has come from the work that you have done. When i call you, you know nothing more than i do ,if not less.  I have been doing the calling and investigation the tracking. You need to at least consider the claims on this site.

This is where I am so far. Called Kemp, they looked up my file told me oops you never sent a marriage licence. All they asked in the form I filled out was the date you filed for your license and the date you were married. I wonder if they would have let me know that if I didn't call? They knew the relatives name when I called because his estate was over 1 million. That they knew, but not much more. I am not a hater and don't want to be labled as one just for asking legitimate questions. It would be nice if someone from Kemp would kinda give us a rundown on the process from court hearing to actual check in hand so people have an idea why it takes so long.

I think it's a nice name for IRS tax bounty hunters. Let's say you inherit property.  Now what?  Relative has been dead for 75 years..no taxes being paid on property, now YOU owe it?  No thanks.

Mr Barrett can you please tell me about my estate that your firm is working on?It has been a year since we have heard from anyone.The last call we were told that there was minor properties and some other things that were found and that they were paying taxes then final accounting in April Our first contact with Kemp & Associates was four years ago and its not final yet.When the estates are closed do we get paperwork stating its been finalized?Im not sure how this really works.Please repond to this.
