I've been getting Calls from this # even though I'm not even a customer. I live in a rural area where there is no cable, only Dish or DirectTv. Do not call does not work. So I just blocked this #.

I too am on the do not call list and have told companies I don’t want cable but it hasn’t stopped their harassment.  So many people these days seem to think we must do all they demand of us with no concern about what we want to do.

I have had multiple calls per day from this number and it’s always 8 seconds of silence.
I already have interned, cable AND cell phone through them- no idea why they keep calling me!!

Spectrum robocall. Filed a complaint with the FCC

I’m going through my calls received list and found this number from November 15, 2019. No message left. As others have said, it must have been a scam call from “Spectrum.” Interestingly there has been someone going door-to-door soliciting Spectrum in my neighborhood for the past week.

just got a recorded message stating that cable ,  internet ,  and cell phone prices were dropping and that you could qualify for a pre-paid visa gift card of 250.00.  they did not state the name of the company calling.

yet another call saying cable internet was at a all time low!  wow!

This is a SCAM with a spoofed ID.

HAHAHAHA. Cant believe how far the scammers go to make it believable that this is a good number. They even leave comments here so they can get their way. I received a call from this number saying they can drop down my price. But they dont have my name or account number when I am already a customer.

Do not call

I have been getting calls from spectrum ( 2 years now ) and I'm not a customer. THEY DON'T GIVE A [***]!!! They are relentless. I ignore 800-892-2253 and 3 minutes later they call again from a different number. The only company that I know of that is more criminal is AT&T!! ( DIRECT T.V. )

They probably want to know how satisfied you were with the technician. They have little survey ‘s they call with.

The number 1-800-892-2253 phoned my landline this afternoon at 1218 hrs. They didn't leave a voicemail. When I dialed the number back, blocked, it said it belonged to Spectrum. It prompted me to enter the number associated w/ my account/or the account number. I entered my landline phone number. It said it didn't recognize it. When I used my investigative searche engines, it said it belonged to a Jazmie Brown. It, also, said it belonged to Spectrum, located at 81557 Doctor Carreon Boulevard Indio, CA 92201-5517.

Please don't post someone's personal information on an open forum such as this. Post reported for removal.

Phone rang. Left no message on answering machine. 10:30 am, 1/23/2020

Call comes in as 800-892-2253 then states it is Spectrum you are being redirected to 855-707-7328 and robot comes on and states to please enter my phone number associated with my acct. I DON'T have Spectrum I hung up...

When I called them back, blocked, a recording answered saying it was Spectrum, and that number would soon be changing. Who the hell cares??!! When I used my investigative search engines, it said it was a high risk/scam/fraud/telemarketer.

The number 800-892-2253 phoned my landline on 01-21-20/1218 hrs. They didn't leave a voicemail. When I dialed them back, blocked, a recording answered saying it was Spectrum/prompted to enter the phone number affiliated w/ the account. I entered my landline/cell phone numbers. The computer didn't recognize my numbers. I used my investigative search engines, and it said the number belonged to Jazmie Brown/High Risk for -Scam/Fraud/Telemarketer. They phoned again, on 01-27-20/1219 hrs., 01-29-20/1322 hrs., also.
