tHE REPS HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY CALLS THE SURVEY DOES.  BUT I AGREE WILL DWILL I DIDNT KNOW IT IMPACTED THERE REPS PAY AND POSSIBLY LOSING THERE JOB.  THERES GOTTA BE A LABOR LAW AGAINST THAT.  THATS VERY SAD TO KNOW JUST CAUSE I HATE THERE COMPANY THEY WANNA PUSH THE BLAME ON THERE REPS.  NEXT TIME I GET A SURVEY I WILL ANSWER THOSE QUESTIONS 123 AND 5 WITH THE HIGHEST MARKS AND THAT STUPID COMPANY WITH A 1 ON QUESTION 4.  I DONT BELEIVE IN TAKING MY FRUSTRATIONS OUT ON THE NEXT MAN.  THERE REPS ARE STRANGERS TO ME.  BUT THEY ARE WORKERS LIKE I AM AND I WOULD HATE IF A SURVEY DICTATED MY PAY OR POSSIBLE EMPLOYMENT THANKS FOR THAT INFO DWILL IM IN SHOCK THEY REALLY DO THAT AFTER I READ YOUR POST I CALLED AND ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR AND ASKED THEM ABOUT THAT AND INFORMED THEM THEY CANT LIE TO ME ON THE PHONE AS ITS PART OF MY SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT THE FCC SENDS OUT AND THEY TOLD ME EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT THAT THOSE SURVEYS DO IMPACT THE REPS PERSONALLY AND FINACIALLY

Please stop calling me We distinctly told time warner not to give our information out , And the minute we hung up we recieved a promo call What has happened to Time Warner? Takes a hour just to get someone and when you do they lie to you ,

I too have been getting numerous calls from 800-892-2253.  I just sent Tine Warner a registered letter telling them that if the calls do not stop immediately, I am cancelling my cable service and changing to Dish Network.  We'll see what happens next.  With the terrible programming and excessive commercials, I don't think I'd miss Time Warner anyway.

wouldn't you think the idiots at Time Warner would get a clue?? no, they keep calling. but again, and i highly recommend doing this, put your phone so incoming spammers have NO RINGER, you only see a tiny message 'missed call'..... i have friends and family on special ringtones and vet, dr, cleaners, have special ring.   everybody else gets screened and can wait.  

Time Warner should grow up and learn to leave voice mail. or stop calling. we never change services by a phone call anyway, always do online.

Oddly enough, a cheap TracPhone has an option to block calls. My phone doesn't ring but it shows up as a 'missed call"  I have no idea who this is, but I'm a T-W customer, so presumably it's T-W (based on what I read here).  If I pay them, I call them when I need them, and I don't want them to call me!

Was listening to a song from my pc. Phone rang and call ID showed this number. I said hello and then they turned on the same song in my ear I was listening to and quickly hung up????

I just got a call from this number. Nobody answered when I said hello, instead all I heard was a loud radio in Spanish. Now that I have read everyone's complaints about this number, I have added them to my list of blocked callers along with all the other telemarketing numbers.

Don't appreciate the automated calls in Spanish.

They used to call my home phone number which I tried my best not to pick up, Now from today, they start calling my cell phone number. They called me today 4 times and never left message.

I have received calls every HOUR from this number as well as another 800 number.
No messages left, but at least I now know from this page that it's Time Warner.
I called a few days ago JUST to find out the local number to my Time Warner office for a new remote!
They have called my cell phone 9 times today! Incredible. I make it a rule to never answer 800 numbers unless I know who's calling.

I received 4 calls within a 3 hour period. But I know why they were calling. I had to call because my internet went out, and the nice lady said they would be calling me to ask how I liked the customer service. So they did, I eventually was here to answer it the 5th time. Any time you call because of internet outages, you can expect the service people and the customer service people to call you.

I answered this call, It was to take a short survey on my service through Time Warner Cable. It only happens to me if I had called them first.

Please don't call me without reason.

This is from Time Warner...I didnt call the 800 number on my billing statement...I called the local number here in SanAntonio...got a live operator right away and asked to be put on their no call list..took less than 5 mintues..they said I will not receive any more calls after 24hrs..:)

The voice mail said to call back time warner at this number for important information.  The account that they are referencing is my google account and not my time warner account.  I will not call them back and I will reject it.

Please remove my phone number from all solicitors using this number or any others!!!!!!!!!!

It's Time Warner Cable Company.  They were courtesy-calling to let me know the outage in my area had been fixed.

Have TWC for internet.  I need my TWC customer number to pay my bill online.  I have opted out of paper billing and do not receive a paper bill with my customer number on it.  The THREE times I have called TWC to let me know my customer # I have been told I will be called back on 10-20 min.  The minimum has been 3 hours.  I have a life and do not wish to plan it around TWC poor customer service.  My calls are for late internet bills.  TWC... do your job... Correctly.

it is time warner cable, they called me 2 times / wk since early last month. I've been with time warner for 2 years no recent change in service everything in my a/c is fine. I didn't pick it up as it is 1800 number. saw this site realize is time warner cable, I called time warner they verify it is a time warner cable number but there is no way to stop them from calling me!!!  that's how they treat their customer!!!!
