no, so you can't spam me more.
This is time warner harassing its customers. If they say they're going to remove you, it's a complete lie. This has been repeated several times over at least a year, so the 30 days thing is just a way to prompt you to forget about your request for removal (like rebates).

To time warner: do you really think completely ignoring your customers' requests and bothering them on a weekly basis is going to get them to upgrade, especially after they've requested removal dozens of times? No.

Anyone else who calls that many times without permission would be arrested for stalking. And, since a company is considered a person these days..

This number is often used by Time Warner for customer service satisfaction surveys after any type of customer service contact. I wouldn't mind answering the call if I knew in advance who was calling, but I don't answer calls without a known name. By the time I could Google the number, it was too late.
I really don't mind customer service surveys, but companies should clearly identify themselves.

I receive service from Time Warner and they are not allowed to bug me. If I get a phone call with a 1-700, 1-800, 1-900 number or a number with no name of the person or company calling or the words: "UNKNOWN CALLER", I will not answer it and will report it. If they don't want the person called to know who's calling, then the should just stop calling. This is called telephonic harassment.

I cannot believe how disorganized Time Warner Cable is in Austin, TX. I moved here in January from Central New York State. Service is much worse in Austin.

Just this morning I spoke with a Time Warner operator about a change in my service and now I've gotten 3 calls from this number in the past couple of hours.  I told the operator that we don't have a phone connected to our home number anymore and that we only see the incoming calls onscreen in my screen caller ID list.  She asked me for an alternate number and added that to my record with them.  My mobile number should be the one they are now calling if they have something important to speak to me about my service order.  My home number is there only to collect the crap calls like this.

Starts with J as well... ugh
Dr. Jason Nurnburg (Rockdale, TX), if you are wondering about this phone number calling you, it's ironic that you've found this post.  Please change your damn number with Time Warner and every other company you've assigned it with!  I've been assigned your old cell phone number for almost 1.5 years, people sending me text messages with rashes on breasts, even calls from doctors that JUST WORKED WITH YOU the same day, plus family members that still have your old number (which is my cell), texting me the same day they've seen you.  What the hell, man.

I called TW to have them remove my number from YOUR account, which you are delinquent and is facing disconnection.  I told them they should just disconnect your service so you will be forced to call them.  It's interesting that you're a DOCTOR, making the money you do, having the responsibility to push pharmaceuticals on patients (err, I mean diagnose and treat human beings), and companies call me because you haven't paid up your bills.  When you don't change your numbers with these agencies/companies, it makes it easy for you to become a victim of identity theft.  I don't want to be accused of being you, because I also receive similar texts and calls for my own business.  It is hard to figure out if certain texts are meant for me or you.  My voice apparently sounds like yours too.  People will have a conversation with me (your old buddies?) and think I'm playing a joke when I tell them I'm not you.

YOU CONTACT TIME WARNER replies to Sam
    and Opt Out

All "LEGIT" businesses have to give their customers the option of NOT Receiving telemarketing calls.

However - YOU have to call Time Warner to place you number on the internal do not call list

The telemarketers are calling on Time Warners behalf gave them your phone number and if you DO NOT opt out by contacting them ( not the telemarketers) you will continue to receive more calls

This is usually a satisfaction survey after contacting them for help.  Since I am usually driving when this call arrives, I just hang up.

We are not even customers of Time Warner; and this number called to tell us that we have an upcoming service appointment.  Now, after reading what others have posted...we're hoping this isn't the beginning of phone harassment.  Unbelievable.

i also meant to point out Time Warner is calling from multiple numbers as well it appears.

Also sometimes it can be a good thing, as I have reduced my bill by calling them and complain, then they find a current promo and you pay less for the same service for a year

Well it makes sense to avoid 800 numbers, but if you want them to stop calling, you have to TELL them.

They are within their right to call you as a customer until you inform them otherwise.

Call Time Warner in your area and request they add you to their do not call list and the calls will stop.

those surveys are for there customer service but dont take them lightly as they impact there employees.  You grade there reps bad the lose money on there bonus checks and can even be terminated.  With the way the economy is I wouldnt want anyone to lose there job behind a dumb survey as long as you give there reps a 8 9 10 and on question 4 rank timewarner what ever you and answer yes to question 5 you protect another fellow worker.  The company may suck but i dont wish unemployment or loss of wages on anyone and they treat there employees like that.  Next time you call ask the rep point blank does that survey impact there job.  They will say no because the company tells them not to influence the numbers.  The sad thing is from what a sup told me there all the really care about is that stupid 4th question because its about recommending ppl to there company so if you grade that rep u spoke to good they have to pay them more and they cant fire them

The reps have no idea how many calls the survey does. But I agree will, I didn't know it impacted there reps pay and possibly losing their job. There's got to be a labor law against that. That's very sad to know just cause I hate there company they wanna push the blame on there reps. Next time I get a survey I will answer those questions 123 and 5 with the highest marks and that stupid company with a 1 on question 4. I don't believe in taking my frustrations out on the next man. There reps are strangers to me. But they are workers like I am and I would hate if a survey dictated my pay or possible employment. Thanks for that info will, I'm in shock they really do that. After I read your post I called and asked for a supervisor and asked them about that and informed them they can't lie to me on the phone as it's part of my subscriber agreement the FCC sends out and they told me everything was correct that those surveys do impact the reps personally and financially.
