The same guy answer today as did yesterday, very thick Indian accent. At Spectrum call center you never get the same person if you call. scam, scam , scam

Contacted spectrum (which I do have) and they had no record of a call placed to me. The number is valid and is spectrum, it is being spoofed by a scammer with a thick Indian accent. If that person is on the line hang up and report it by calling the number on your caller id which will be answered by a person who speaks very good English and doesn't have any background chatter from other conversations.

Guy with a thick accent said he was from Spectrum, and he said that he had a package available that would be less than half of what I'm paying now. I asked him what Spectrum is, and he says it's the cable company in San Antonio. I live 200 miles from San Antonio, and there's no such company here. Then he said that he could save me lots of money if I'd switch over to AT&T. So he represents both Spectrum and AT&T? I told him that this sounds like a scam, so no thanks. I hung up. Then he called me back and told me he knows where I live, and he's going to teach me a lesson about my rudeness. I asked him if I was still supposed to believe that he's not a scammer. He called me an MF and hung up. People must fall for this garbage, or else they wouldn't do it.

The number comes up as belonging to an Apartment Rental Service - while they were showing their ID as Spectrum

scam...not spectrum able to reduce your monthly bill....until they said it was thru At&t which spectrum bought out.  Indian accent
..could not understand 2 different people. I hung up

Called cell on 11/22 at 5:14 PM, left no message; listed as a telemarketer. Spoofed number for Time Warner/Spectrum tech department.

Number blocked, but still called.

spector  used to be time warner calling   .saying they are calling about my service . I told them i dont have spector and they asked who do i have . Told them none of their business dont call here again. they hung up

Called and said spectrum and asked if I wanted to lower the bill when I asked which account he was calling about he hung up on me

We identified ourselves as a pizza place and the guy  on the other end said he was ordering a pizza. Caller iD said from Rochester New York. Guy claimed he was ordering a pizza for Dayton Ohio—gave bogus address. Just a jerk wasting time of hardworking employees. We told him to have a nice day and moved on!

No one on other end. I called back and got Spectrum, even though the caller ID said "AT&T."  After thinking about it, I think it is not Spectrum at all, but someone that is spoofing their number.
