We have been getting pone e calls from this number for several months including late night on weekends. We have never been late or past du e on a bill. We are sck of it. They call late & wake our baby up.

Please stop calling 2178769234 as this is NOT a number that I can be reached at.

Why even answer the house phone anymore? I have a cell phone. I give that number to anyone important to me, without any problems.  The only reason I have a home phone is its bundled with internet and TV. The phone doesn't ring, but goes straight to voicemail. of the last 65 calls I received in the past two weeks, ALL were junk calls.

No one here is calling you.   Protect yourself with a call blocker.

They have an "800" number, i.e., receiving party (them) pays for the call.  Don't call from your own phone because the "Caller ID" (for an "800" number that's "ANI") cannot be blocked, they will always see your number.  But call from a pay phone.  They pay a surcharge to their phone provider for every pay phone call they answer.  Call and chat.  Call and leave the phone off the hook (like they do by calling and not leaving a message).  Call and leave a message for them.  Let them know that you are thinking of them often :-)

I keep getting call from this number for a Donna Strong and I keep telling them that I don't know a Donna Strong and have  being told that my number would be taken out of their system, but it hasn't happen yet and they have being calling me for several years and i have had this phone number for 10 years. I don't know what part of I don't know who this Donna Strong that they don't understand.. I guess my next step is to get an Attorney and file harassment charges against them.

Called our land line @ 7:50 PM on a Sunday - when I picked up, caller just hung up on me.

The owners of this number are unbelievable.  Every day they call.  Once in a while I pick up, and they have an important business message for Charlotte Akin.  I'm not Charlotte and never have been.  I have had this phone number for over 15 years and no one named Charlotte has ever lived here.  The callers don't believe me.  I explain this every time I speak to them, and they always respond by a) calling me Charlotte, or b) saying "When you see her, have her call us."  I don't know who she is!!  Charlotte, if you're out there, please call these people and get them to stop bugging me!!!

This # 800-900-1380 calls all hours of the day or night. Never leaves a message but when you answer it there is nobody on the line totall to. On the do not call list but it doesn't work either. Very frustrating when you had surgery and are trying to rest and they keep calling. Next time they call I will be blowing a whistle in their ear. Hope they like that.

Stupid collection company making illegal robocalls on Sunday and after legal hours as well. Somebody needs to shut these criminals down. I don't owe them money and hope they go bankrupt because jerks like this keep calling even after you explain you are the person they are looking for.

Nights and weekends are illegal in most cases you may also want to check if robocallers are illegal in your state.

I do not answer these calls, as the news said they just call more.We do not have any debt so if this is a collection agency they are wasting their time..they never leave any messages so call all they want...

I got a call from 800-900-1380 they did not ask for anyone but said they had a personal message or something like that and then I heard Spanish and it said if you want to speak in Spanish press one and I have a messge . That's all they left on the answering machine. I NEVER answer and WILL NEVER answer a call that I do not recognize the phone number. So they call my answering machine picks up. The either leave a message or hang up and that's it.

After reading some of the posts here it says this number is Penn Credit and it works on collection from the Mid Atlantic area of medical debts. Well I say that I have no medical debts from the Mid Atlantic area I live in the Mid West Minnesota. They have a bill in congress that is going ot be passed that says they will not be allowed to put medical debts on a credit report. And that would make peoples credit scores go up. I don't know why they called this number but like I said I do not under any circumstances answer a call unless I know who is calling.
