- AikaOctober 3, 2014@7:10pm Got a call from the same number, saying that there is an important message, if you would like to hear it Press 1. First of all, who calls having the recorder to speak for 'em? OMG, seriously now you don't want to answer my call. Get it right the first time if you are in business.

- Resident47 replies to judieJust above your comment six days prior it was noted that the DNCR does not apply, making your complaints citing it useless. The federal Do-Not-Call registry exists to help enforce the Telemarketing Sales Rule. Please note the operative term ''marketing''. Here are the DNCR service terms you were supposed to review at registration time:
National Do Not Call Registry Q&A

You don't need a valid debt or a derogatory trade line on your credit reports to be hassled by debt collectors. They call third parties to alleged debtors all the time for permitted skip tracing purposes, or often pretending it's a trace to annoy and shame an intended target whose location is already known. The worst of the industry, often collecting on junk paper from debt buyers, frequently work from corrupt and outdated files. Yet they press on with accusations and trickery until someone, anyone pays.
The block-ignore response doers not tell the agency to quit calling, which you must do to enforce your rights. To halt the misfired skip trace calls, laying a paper trail is far more effective than verbal denials. My advice for "not me" cases is found here:

They hang up every time, so today I told them I'm filing a law suit against them! They told me they removed my number! Let's see what happens!

- Love you long time| 1 replyCaller ID says only "Toll Free". I called them back anonymously with my own number blocked and they would not identify their own company name. Not very nice. Thanks for the others who have posted the details of who they really are. Now I know their function, we can play. I only have major $$ past due medical bills for a botched surgery/medical device malfunction, so it must be related to that. I'm in dispute with my own insurance company regarding the extra $6,000.00 that was tagged onto my bill for "upgrades" performed while I was under anesthesia and could not have ever even authorized myself. I am terminal, so if they can get the money out of me once I'm in the ground more power to 'em. In the mean time they can blow me.
