"Merchant Services" was the business given to me when I asked their reason for wanting to speak with the owner. I told them that we don't use their services and to please remove us from their lists. We've had calls from these scammers so many times it's ridiculous that they even try. At least the woman was polite to me, and said, "Okay, thank you." Usually, "merchant services" are for ATM machines, which our company does not have.

I got a call from this number for the first time yesterday on my magic jack. It is just a number I use to keep from giving out my real number, but it is not even hooked up so the only thing they can do is leave a message. They called out my name and directions to press 1 if...blah,blah,blah...
First I have no credit. Gave all that up decades ago. Checked my credit report a few minutes ago and still showing absolutely no credit, and I plan to keep it that way. If I can't pay cash then I don't need it. So I am not sure why they are calling me but they will not get a return call, and they can just keep on leaving messages out in never, never land.

Well another person who would rather stick their head in the sand, and put up with the calls instead of doing what is necessary to not only make them stop, but to get paid for it as well.

This company has been calling us continuously daily for months and months, including evenings and weekends even though we have no outstanding bills or debts.  We are on the do not call list, but does not seem to matter.

Just on NBC Nightly News... DO NOT SAY YES OR RESPOND !!!  They are secretly recording you so they can scam you elsewhere.  They use the secret recording as 'proof' you authorized a purchase when they bill you...

You have been calling and writing my daughter in regards to someone elses credit. The person involved is nobody she knows or has any connection to. Now I am getting calls at my home tel. for this same person. This harassment best end now as I will go the full extent of the law and collect damages . I will go way beyond FTC reporting if push comes to shove

This is a message board for discussing spam and scam phone calls.  Your daughter's calls and letters are not coming from anyone here.

I suspect someone bought something they didn't plan to pay for and put a fake phone number on the loan application.  That happened to me.
