Ok, so I got 3 calls from them today and managed to catch the one at 8 P.M.
They were calling from "Financial Education of America" Also somthing about the "road to weath program". Luckilly they had the wrong card number and the wrong state. However- I did get a customer service number for those that want to have some fun with it for all of the calls that you have to deal with. The customer service number is 1-800-644-1086. Now, I don't condone calling them every day, every 1/2 hour untill you get a restraining order put on you. But, this is America and deal with it as you see fit. Or you can go the legal way and never see a result.

I have told them to stop calling, they still call 3 times a day every other day,I have told them I am not interested,in anything they are trying to sell me,I wanted to be taken off there list and I was reporting them  to the police and FBI for fraud  and If they called again,I was personally going to find them myself and stop them, and I was a bounty hunter so I know how to.Haven't called yet. been 3 days

They called me today, and I answered. I told the guy it was ok to send me 'information' about products I 'might be interested' in. He even told me he was going to record it, but once I heard there would be a shipping and handling charge, I said no immediatley. The call hung up, and I called back twice throughout the day to confirm that I wanted nothing charged to my card and that I didn't want to be called anymore. I could care less if they call me, but I certainly hope I didn't mess up and have them charge my card somehow.

The best thing to do is turn your ringer off and it won't bother you.  Don't let it get to you.

I came on here also to find out who was Harassing me and yes i call it harrassing when someone calls me five times a day without leaving a voicemail. As for people posting on here because of their own lives hmm I've read a lot of these post and not one of them talked about how they had a bad childhood and that is why they have so much hate for someone who calls them 10 times a day even tho they ask them to stop. So how are these post about there own lives when everyone is pretty much posting the same thing. As for you if you were really getting these phone calls i'm sure you would not be defending them. You would be annoyed like the rest of us and worried that you may get billed for something that you didn't pay for. Its a horrible feeling when you know that someone may have your information and maybe trying to scam you. What a scary world we live in!

these people called me a number of times every day last week, never leaving a message.  This week I am now getting calls from 2 different AZ numbers.  I wonder if they have anything to do with each other?

It is very irritating as I am on the do not call list, and even if i wasn't, calling at 8 am then every 2 hours until 6 pm is againt the law.  I sure wish someone would hurry up and catch these guys and put them where they belong!

This guy keeps calling me telling me that they've already made charges to my card for shipping and handling (they haven't) and that he needs to verify information to send me my free gas voucher. i refused to confirm my credit card number (which he called a customer identification number and tried very hard to convince me that it wasnt' actually connected to my bank account) so a month later he calls me back and tells me that i just must not remember talking to him (i remember very clearly because he made some very improper sexual comments) and that they DID already charge my card and unless i can confirm my credit card number that i will start receiving increasing charges monthly. when i pressed for information the only bit i could get was that he was calling with the company financial education of america. this is very frustrating, i don't know whether he actually has my credit card information or not.... does anyone have any further information?

I just missed a call from these folks and googled the number, so glad I did.  I had some other company access my debit card the other day and googled it and found it to be a scam, so I immediatly cancelled my debit card.  So I'm only out $48, but it could have been much worse.

If I don't recognize the caller, especially an unfamilar area code, I won't pick up, but then google the number.

They called 3 times during the day and evening on March 16 2009 and tried to get my credit card info from first words without introducing themselves. They knows my credit cards numbers and types, and I never heard about them before. When I've called back from my cell phone, they continue asking my credit card, though I called in order to stop their calls. When I called from Skype,so they could not see who is calling, they dropped my calls--10 times for 5 minutes. It means, they are fraudulent. They were saying, I am their costumer---I first time heard the company name. It is fraud, illegal.

I also ordered from ACAI and have been getting harassing phone calls from this number.  The last time they called I said that if I get another call from that number I will be calling the police.  They said thank you and hung up.

They just called me to tell me I was a valued Visa customer and confirmed my Visa number - a number the bank told me was compromised weeks ago so the card had to be deactivated. After she told me the number she hung up on me! I called back and they hung up on me again! I called my bank right away to let them know; it sounds like I'm not the only one that called to report this to the bank.
