i've been getting calls from them all week as well. when i pickup i don't hear anything, they hang up. when i call, i get put on hold. i have no idea how to stop them from calling. 800-941-0362 and 800-941-0363

I requested that they remove us from their call list.
They are rude when they call and I cant understand a lot of what they are saying.

These people call me 8 times a day. I have yet to actually hear a voice on the other side. When I call the number back, its always busy. How do we stop this from continuing?

800-941-0362 for a month and half have been calling me 5-10 times a day every day all day long. answered several times no one there. My cell phone is listed on no call registry since they set it up. it's getting really bad having to deal with this daily.  I see alot of other people are being harrassed too. i have called the no call registry and reported this number still getting called.  why isn't this company being stopped from excessive harrassing and what do they want, they call me no one is there and no i never call back numbers im not going to give them more info to harrass me more

these people are doing this repeated phone calling  on purpose to just get you   mad...  the  repeated calls 4-5 a day  started when i told them not to call  me again because it was the 5th call that  day... now thy hang up if i answer..... i did get one lady who told me she was sorry for the repeated calls and the way to stop the calls was to contact the Florida department of agriculter consumer affairs.... there is a link about unwanted  sales calls. you have to fill out the information.. and give the time and date of the call, calls, and who the name of the company is..    i just filled it out so i hope  it works...

i was all ready on the national no call list....   I want them to stop calling me...NOW...

Whoever this is has called me 25 times in four days, if I answer they hang up on me, if I forward to voice mail they don't leave a message.  What do I have to do to get them to stop. My Company has called ATT & they can't block them from calling me.  I was told to go in and add to the complint list. This guy is obviously a scammer.

FILLED MY REPORT  WITH  THE  FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE...  THEY GOT RIGHT ON  IT ... I FILLED LAST  WEEK ,,  THEN  I CALLED  THEM  YESTERDAY..  ALREADY HAVE A CASE#  and they have already sent them a  letter..  

so  far today... no calls....  and i  was getting them every 1 1/2 -2 hours..

My mother has been getting simlar calls too - no number id, but the coversation is very similar to yours.  The only people that had this information as of late was Home Depot - after the four credit card digits and phone number were given to them, the calls started.

I have gotten repeated calls as well, over the span of four days.

The last time they called, I just picked up the reciever and waited. Eventually, a girl started talking to me, and I asked for her supervisor. When he came on, he was smug and insistent and trying to sell me some sort of "service".

I complained about the repeated nuisance calls, told him I was not interested, and that if the calls did not stop immediately I would report him to the FCC and the AZ State Atty. General's Office (I live in AZ).

Since then (last evening) I have not recieved any more calls.

Incidentally, though, I have recieved a similar call today from another number. These companies both have my wife's name, and the last four digits of her credit card number. I would like to know how they obtained such info.

Has anyone had similar experiences?

I went to their site http://www.americannodebt.com/index.html and called the number they have listed.  The person I talked to said he would take my number out of their autodialer and it would take effect in next 10 minutes.  Here is the number

I am having the Same experiences, dead silence then the machine  hangs up. I have filed FCC form 1088, contacted  the FCC via the net (3 times)  called the FCC  (never returned my call).  My phone is registered as a  no call number it makes no difference.  I think the feds could not care less or a political crony is being paid to look the other way.

I have gotten several calls a day for the last couple of weeks and never answer, but I tried calling them back and I get a recording that it is "AMERICAN NO DEBT" and when it says to hold to be transferred to an agent, I get another message that it is "not within normal business hours and to please call back later."  I get that message no matter what time of day it is even in the middle of the day.  It is bogus and I have even answered the phone a couple of times where nobody answers and all I get is a dial tone.

I just called that 877 number above and spoke with a young man named Chris who said he would enter my number into the automatic dialer and the calls should stop.  And if I ever get them again, just to call back.  So LET'S SEE.

All the above has happened to me.  We have reported them to the FCC, after we asked them to stop calling TWICE.  We have been told numerous company names for this phone number, given the last four digits of a NON-EXISTANT credit card supposedly in our name, etc.  The calls keep coming.  I think WE all should just call them and treat them the same way.  NO ONE answers the 1-800-941-0362 number, even during normal business hours ( which, by the way are something like 8 or 9AM to 6PM EST ).  However, if you call the 1-877-332-8411, as stated, they do answer.  As the outgoing calls cost them money, so do incoming calls to the 877 number.  Maybe just annoying them back is the answer, then they may realise that time is money, and reduce their outgoing calls.  Now, another clue to the questionable background of this company is that the "Founder and President", the aforementioned Mr. Liz, is indeed an author of Four articles, all written between 9/28/2005 and 10/1/2005 ( refer http://www.articlealley.com/author_1_3588.html , http://www.websition.com/authors/402/Frank-Liz ,  ), what a short career?  Maybe we should all call his home number listed by Anonymous on 9/27?  See how much he appreciates it.

Just got off the phone with another "representative", when they asked for me, I asked for "Frank", and was given the number 1-866-663-3288 to get in touch with him.  Going to check this number out next.  It can be found on http://creditrepairbylawyers.com/contact.htm , with many other pieces of contact and other info.  Such as the fact(?) that Maria Liz is an attorney.  However, she is not registered with the Florida Bar, nor any other Bar that I have been able to find.  Give it a try.
