- SellyThis is total scam selling everything from dental insurance to debt solutions! Based in Florida. I have picked up a couple times and listened to their trash. You tell them no, but that word doesn't register with them. You just have to hang up on them to shut them up. I have just stopped answering my phone if I see ANY 800 number. These morons have been calling 4-6 times a day and never leaving a message. Surprisingly a message was left on my phone yesterday from these idiots. When I checked the message it was nothing but noise. The guy (or girl. I HONESTLY couldn't tell) who called me was having a conversation with someone when my voicemail picked up. The conversation went on for 3 minutes before it realized that the call was still going on. They talked about getting days off, going on a date and what to have for lunch. Every other word was F**K and it was the most ghetto sounding garbage I have ever heard. I kept this message and have been letting everyone hear it. I have to say, with how annoying all the calls have been, this was actually pretty funny.

- PhyllisI "took the bait" 2 days ago. The same person has constantly been calling even though I would say I am not interested. He kept asking for my credit card number. When I told him the type of credit card I had, he repeated the first 4 numbers of it to me. When I refused to give him my credit card number, he asked if I had a gift card, which I didn't. He asked me to buy a gift card (Visa) from Walmart and he would call me back at noon. When he called back I gave him the gift card number. He told me that when I get the information which will be mailed to me, I am to call 1-866-318-5007 and 1-866-525-6608 and give them a code number. This is supposed to allow me to use $200 in vouchers. I am supposed to look at the information they send me and call these numbers and tell them whether I accept or refuse the offers. They were insistent that I call right away. I intend to send a written refusal seeing that their telemarketing representatives are difficult, manipulative, and relentless. My spouse and I have spent today looking up information online about this company, which led us to 800Notes.com. I am embarrassed to admit I fell for this.

- mI just received a call from this number (800-941-0362) on my work phone. The guy said he was with Debit Consolidation Associates of America. He told me that my credit score may have taken a hit due to the high interest rates that the various credit card companies have been charging. I told him that I wasn't interested and I cannot take personal calls at work. We'll see if someone else from there calls again.
I think this all goes back to something I ordered over the internet. As I was receiving so many calls from people that would reference the last 4 digits of that card, I reported my suspicions to my credit card company's fraud department. They canceled that particular card and issued a new one to me but I kept on receiving calls referencing those same 4 numbers. Since the last call I received was over 3 months, I thought I was done but I guess not.
BTW, I checked the website mentioned by someone above (www.financialeducationofamerica.com) and it says that the site is "under construction." The "road-to-wealth" website is active. I googled it. It immediately opens with music that blares out at you. I think the song is "Strangers in the night" which is really weird.- Caller: Debit Consolidation Associates of Americ

- Pissed off cell phone ownerScam saying they are offering a $200 Wal-Mart gift card for $9.95 shipping and handling. They say they are from FEA (Financial Education of America). There is no such site. I received a text message from 478-79 saying to call 877 233 9186. I had my cell phone blocked when I first bought it. I am not supposed to be able to receive text or picture messages.
