Follow up to my post on repeated calls of Oct 23,,  FILLING THE REPORT WORKED NO MORE CALLS...

but now i have a whole new problem...on the 3rd day after the calls stopped, my phone began to turn on and off buy its self.... took it to the Cell phone store, they dont know what is wrong...  I believe that they have found a whole new way to harass...

are any of you experiencing this??

they are calling 3-4 times aday
luck has it the at&t answer service gives me the number
i am on do not call and will be filling a complaint

i am tire of these calls all day all night on my cell phone or house phone this has to stop and it is one thing to have them call but it is another for when i answer that they hang up on me. this is not good

I get calls from them many times a day, I made a note of the number, as the first time they called, I answered and got no responce....now I just let it go to voicemail, but they never leave a message. It will ring, go to voice mail...they hang up and call right back again, and then I see the light blinking for a voicemail....I go there...NOTHING but silence. I am on the no call list, so I don't know how all of these places are getting my number....what else can I do ???

This is an every night thing and I would love to find out who it is. They alson hang up when I answer

They call my house repeatedly and when I answer they hang up. They do not leave a voicemail. This is becoming a serious pain in the a"". We are on the do not call list and yet they keep calling.

I also just spoke with them.  If they call again, my attorney will be the next one I call!!

They call me at least 15 times a day to my work number!  (which is part of the federal government!)  I just pick the phone up and hang up.

Repeat calls. Will not take no for an answer. Calls every day and night. Pushy and rude.

Okay so these boogers have called me already 5 times in 15 minutes this is getting really redicuals.  I don't even know who to call to report them!

yeah..i got scammed by these guys. i'm only 18 yrs old and i was half asleep when they called due to the fact i work night shift. they said something about a $100 gas certificate for going through a loan company, which i had, so i agreed. After i got off the phone i realized how fake it sounded and called back and cancelled, no problems. well..on the 6th of december i was billed 47.51 and my account was overdrafted because it wasn't supposed to come out so i had other things that were coming out of my bank account! i NEVER gave them my account info. they keep telling me i need my package and to cancel it to get my refund...it's not the 21st and still nothing. i've gotten hung up on today by 8 different people, 2 of them supposed managers. the one said my name is uhh, uhmm...Cami rogers...it was obvious that he was making it up. i'm starting to record the conversations. DONT get in with this comany

They call repeatedly and never leave a voicemail.  The last 2 times I picked up and they hung up.  So the last time it happened, I called back to their number, 800-941-0362, and a man answered.  I asked him what company this was and he said "Road To Wealth". Call all the time,they leave no message and when you answer they say nothing.
Does anyone know how to stop them.

They are constantly calling me too.  I have asked them to stop and they don't.

I am also listed on the 'do not call' list with the FCC but it proves what a waste of time it is.

I have been receiving 5 calls a day from this number on my cell phone and it's too annoying. The first caller said she was from The Credit Education Coalition or something and that they wanted to send me a Wal Mart gift card and gas card in the mail. She then asked me to verify my mailing address. I told her I'm not interested, to take me off the list, and that I'm not going to give her my mailing address.

This number has been calling my home # for weeks, several times a day.  I have demanded getting on their "do not call" list.  When I do, they agree. But of course this has not happened.  Faud, selling, stealing, ID theif? What is the deal?  Phone Company no help.

i gave my cell phone number out to a shady car rental place when i was in california. that is the first, and last, time i will give out this number. i have received nonstop calls by this "financial education of america" company.
