- veeJust had a call, but I do not answer calls if I don't know who's calling. I just called Bank of America at another number (IC 302-737-9533)and requested they remove me from their phone number listing and emails, but they can continue the land mail. Those I don't mind and can easily throw away. What I want to see, however, is if my request to remove me affects this number calling me.
- JoyI am receiving up to 2 calls per day from this phone number. The associate is usually asking for my husband, usually rude in that they won't tell you who they are because you won't pass the phone to whom they are calling. One time they claimed they were from Bank of America. I called the number back informing them we are on a Do Not Call list, but apparently since I am a bank employee they have the right to call me about credit card protection! I asked them to remove our number, and they said it would be 3-4 weeks. Ya, we'll see.

- bridGot calls from 800-943-3022 (Debt Protection) and from 647-288-7959 (Toronto, ON) every day. I spoke w/them and told them that I am not interested and they are still calling. Both are representing Bank of America. No wonder that there is so much Identity Fraud. The people from Canada hardly spoke English. Someone should do something about this

- Lee NewmanI get a call from this number three times a day four on the weekends. The ask for either myself or my wife and start their pitch. I have gotten ill with them the last few times so now when they hear me they won't speak or hang up. This isn't the case on weekends and some of the day calls. I guess it's a different shift of losers.

- annoyedI'm also sick and tired of my phone ringing with this number showing up on caller id. We just don't answer the phone. My phone holds 70 C ID numbers and I just deleted 29 calls and half of them was this number. Shame on them!

- EdI have received no less than two dozen calls from this number in the past two days. Most of the time I push "talk" and "end" but got tired of the returns calls so I answered - no one is ever on the other end even if I wait 30 seconds at a time.
- Caller: Unknown except through this site as BofA
- Dee replies to Ed in FloridaCould you please tell me how you block these calls would greatly appreciate if you could help me out hate getting all these calls must have a half dogen of different # like this greatly appreciated. Where do you log on to to get the incoming call log.
Thanks so much
I just log on and go to the incoming call log, click the number and choose block all future calls. No more....
Before the switch I was getting more solicitors than before the DNC registry. Cops, Surveys, on and on.... No More, peace at last.
Previously, most would call for days on end, even if I answered and hit mute never saying anything. No More. Once is enough, then BLOCKED, really BLOCKED - Debbythese people do NOT give up! I bet they call at least once, every day, if not more often!
- Debby replies to locks100I am definitely going to try this!! I'd love to mess up their computers in return for them interrupting me so many times while I'm trying to work!
- RLM/OhioI have also received calls from this company, anywhere up to 5 calls PER DAY. I never answer. However, from reading the posts on this site, I know who it is and I have now filed a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission, each and every time they call, and would urge ALL OF YOU to do the same. You can file a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry, but they just document your complaint; they do not investigate or prosecute. HOWEVER, the FCC does review the information and does an investigation, and you will receive a very nice letter from their office every time you file a complaint. I have attached the link below:
http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html
Scroll down to the 4th highlighted option (Telemarketing, Junk Fax, etc) and click. Scroll down again until you see the highlighted "Form 1088". Click on this link and simply follow the directions. You can also file by mail if you prefer, and the form for printing and instructions are also included on this website.
I have be besieged with telemarketing calls lately, despite the fact that I have been on the DNC Registry for several years. I am filing complaints against each and every one of them. I work from home and this is MOST annoying and counterproductive to my business.- Caller: "Toll Free Service"

- sickNtiredAfter getting numerous calls from this number I finally called it back tonight. I spoke with someone (who had trouble speaking English by the way). He told me his name was Elisee (he spelled it for me). He said his extension number is 6368. He explained that it was Bank of America calling, to try and enroll us in their Account Protection Program. He took our name and phone number and said he will put us on the Do Not Solicit list. He said it will take 1-2 billing cycles for the request to process. Hopefully this works! Good luck to everyone else having this same problem!!!
- DorothyI keep getting these calls & then they hang up after two rings or after the answering machine picks up. I also applied for the nocalls list

- CD replies to Ilga| 5 repliesEveryone who has received a call from this number should report it to the Do Not Call Registry. If you are registered, go to their home page and report these calls. Do this EVERY time you receive a call from them or any other company that calls you. If everyone were to do this, Bank of America and others would face a hefty fine, and would discontinue calling.

- DBI called the number back and spoke to a woman who claimed she was selling some kind of credit card protection service. I requested the name and business address of the company she worked for. She refused and gave me this number to call: 1-800-362-6299, which she said was for "card services." I pressed her again for her business address. She said it was:
1941 South 42 St., Suite 385
Omaha, Nebraska 68105
Was it a lie? Probably. - ellenI get these calls mostly at dinnertime. No id, just the number. I have stopped trying to answer, because there is seldom anybody there. It is most annoying.
