"...no problem with your credit card, now..." Well! They got that part correct, anyway. I don't have any credit cards. All they want is your numbers. I have no numbers to give them.

I received a call from 800-945-2000 offering to lower my credit card interest rate after listening to his spiel i hung up on him thinking it was a scam. Then he called back from Discover's customer service number and threatened to cancel my card if i did not work with him.

Called my work number; didn't hear anything when I answered so I hung up. Guess the scammer didn't like the name of my company or they got nervous. Oh well.

The olde and moldy last chance to lower your credit card interest rate.  Robocaller which doesn't identify the company, a sure sign of a criminal scam.

Low life scammers are spoofing an actual Chase credit card customer service number to try to steal your personal information. Just don't answer thee calls.

I just got a call from 831-431-9581 asking if I wanted to  lower my interest rate, told the caller I wanted placed ona do not call list, she said they do not have such a list and hung up. ten minutes later I get a robo call from 800-945-2000 which was silent, no one talked and it hung up after a few seconds. Called the number back and it was Chase card services. Scum bags calling a lot about credit cards, most sound as if they from India. I ask to be placed on a do not call list, they laugh.

why cant these calls be STOPPED?. They don't pay for my phone, my service or my time..... All 7 of my lines are on DO NOT CALL LIST

Callers are essentially criminals and scofflaws.     They ignore all US laws.  The DNC list is meant as a guide for law-abiding telemarketers.

There's no way of stopping the calls from being initiated.  Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do  not recognize.

All 800 calls are blocked by our call blocker.

I like to turn the tables on them and by the end of the phone call, I just scammed the scammer into a free, wireless home security system.

Just did that to the one who called me from that number.  My favorite part was when he said "I did not force you to push 1"  My dad was cracking up.

I asked the operator to take me off their call list and the man on the other line asked me to perform a sexual favor for him. Twice. What a sad man.

Called home phone at 11:29 PM. Scammer do not answer. 3rd call in 2 days.

How much more ignorant do people need to be!  Calling my cell at 4:45 am....  Scam. No message, nothing!  Another number to add to my block list!

I received a call at 3AM .

Twice in 2 days.  They keep rotating numbers, I block each one.  I'll pick up phone, say nothing.  They get dead air.
