- EricI just got a call from 831-431-9581 asking if I wanted to lower my interest rate, told the caller I wanted placed ona do not call list, she said they do not have such a list and hung up. ten minutes later I get a robo call from 800-945-2000 which was silent, no one talked and it hung up after a few seconds. Called the number back and it was Chase card services. Scum bags calling a lot about credit cards, most sound as if they from India. I ask to be placed on a do not call list, they laugh.
