#Zero-Interest Credit Card Scam!!!

I missed a call from this number  8009452000. When I called it back the voicemail stated it was Chase bank and requested all 16 digits of my credit card. I didn't give it, rather I called Chase at the number on the back of my credit card and they stated there was no call made to me by them.. this is not their number it's a scam.

Chase credit card SCAM! Wants to lower my interest rate on a credit card I don't even own! What a bunch of bottom feedING scum!

It's a toll-free number so how do you know the scam is from Florida?

11 years later and they are still getting away with this? My situation is identical to one above but they called my "prepaid" cell which is used for family emergencies only and I don't have a Chase credit card.  They have spoofed Chases phone number.  Everyone is spoofed.  I've received calls from my landline to my landline. Whoever comes up with a telecom system that can actually stop this has my vote for president.

Called my office line - robo caller saying I qualify for a zero interest credit card. Losers!  I don’t get how these idiots are still making money....who in the hell is still falling for these scams!!

Since I was not home, I called the number back thinking it might have something to do with a recent transaction.  I was informed by the representative of the REAL Chase bank that their number is being spoofed and card numbers are being compromised.  If you get a call from the number, PLEASE, DO NOT ASSUME IT IS THE REAL COMPANY.  Call the number on the back of your card to find out if they have really called you.

It is a spoofed number for scammers to use. But you already k ow that because you are one of them!!

Robocall at 1024AM Thursday. Spoof trying to get personal info from your Chase Credit Card.

Though this number is a legitimate number for us to call Chase a representative from Chase told me this number is for incoming only. They do not call from this number.

Rec'd call from 800-945-2000 allegedly from Chase offering to lower credit card rates; however the folks with a definite Indian accent could only give first digit of card---nothing else. The problem is that 800-945-2000 is a valid Chase number; however the call did not come from Chase. This is a pure scam.

keep getting called by these people every day.  it is obviously a scam.  They keep saying they are from visa and mastercard.   these two companys never work together.    On top of that all i have are bank cards attached to my bank accounts.  I litterally have no credit card so it would be impossible for them to lower my rates.  These scammers call from an internet app that lets them input any phone number they want to show up as their number on the caller id.   do not be fooled.  Someone really needs to start a class action against the phone companys for allowing them to falsify their numbers to make it seem legit.  They are probably costing guillible people millions in the us.

Call came into cell at 3:43pm, didn't answer.  No message.

The recording: "Welcome to Chase credid card services. Please enter your full 16 digit credit card account number.  If your card was lost or stolen......."  I hung up.  I do not have a Chase account.

called me today saying it was chase and to enter my account number. Hung up and called chase, they said this is not a number they call from. They will never call and ask for you account number. Always hang up and call the number on your card if you are contacted by a bank.

Answered the call thinking it might be important. Definitely a scam. Said they wanted to help me lower the interest rates on one of my credit cards. I don't have any credit cards. I asked what bank they were calling from, and the guy says "your bank." So I asked if he even knew my name, and he said "you know your own name." WOW. If this is a legitimate Chase phone number (and I have no accounts with Chase, so they wouldn't be calling me anyway), then someone is spoofing it.
