This number keeps calling me. I want them to stop!

Bad. Obnoxious. Calls after 8:30 pm

They call me once a day. If they are saying it’s “Macy’s” then it is a Scam.
I do have a Macy’s card, but am never late paying.
They want your personal info. I’m Blocking the number now.

They call me to make a payment for my American Express card. I let them talk. She said you have to paid 75 dollars is your card Not mine. When they said that is SCAM. But the way I never had an American Express Card. Jjjeeejje.

When this call first came in back in June 2020 it was an automated call. A month later an actual person spoke and he asked for a former HR person in our company. Their information is outdated and they call every day.

They call, I don't answer, they  don't leave a message. It might be Macy's as I do have an account, but I haven't used it in over a year so I shouldn't have any issues. However, they are calling me day and night. Sometimes 3 times a day. Not sure what THAT's necessary.

Received a call but couldn't pick but they didn't leave a VM. I see in the comments that this might be MACY's credit card.

I don't know if a scam or not. But I am not calling them back, I will simply go to my Macy account

If so, I do have a Macy's credit card and a payment due. I always pay me account in full as soon as I use my card, however, my informed me that she used the card for about $200, so I will pay it off.

This is a complete scam. Called my business multiple times looking for someone unknown to me Caller ID says Citi, then the rob says it's Bloomingdales/Macys. Waited for agent who launched into the scam. Told them to stop calling. sometinmes it works, sometimes it doesnt.

Multiple calls a day from this number, even though I've blocked it.  Auto-recording still leaves voice mails.  SO ANNOYING!!

Yes this is a Macy’s service number. Usually to validate a charge on ones card.

If the call was from Macy's, I haven't had an account with Macy's in many years!!!

Appears to be a fake debt collection scam. Calls once every few days.

Scam Robo-Call claiming to be from CitiBank about a Macy's card under some woman's name. I don't have either card nor am I the alleged woman they are looking for.

I will not take Macys calls as I am up to date with payments and if there was an error, they would send me a bill in the mail and I can always go to store not far from here and see if indeed they were calling about my credit card

why Macy’s called me. Santiago Villamil employee ID # 91204938 told me I needed to give him my phone # linked to account, Macy’s credit card number and my full social security number. Is this a scam?
