I think everyone should call thier Attorneys Gerneral. If they get enough complaints they will act. Its what they are there for. I am calling mine first thing in the morning, and making out a police report. I hope the owners of this company get bankrupt and have to pay everyone back that they stole from, with intrest.

I am a victim of this so called national platinum services .  I have called this numbers 704-525-3886, 8009728094  and 1-877-318-8189. I have talked to several people from this so called company Tony, Bernett, Tiffany and Chris.  They said they will not refund my money of 99.95 or 24.95 that it is for a shopping network line of credit of some sort.  Of course they are an illegal company like a scam at first when you call they pretend they are a calling center.  When you call back and say you want a loan they suddenly change their attitude and want to get all of your information.  So far I have made a dispute with my bank, reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and filed a police report.  If you want to hire a lawyer with enough people which there is probably hundreds or thousands of victims out there. Count me in you may e-mail me at annamiranda@mail.com for further information.  I hope they get caught and get prosecuted and have to work for the rest of their pitiful lives to pay back the money they have stoled. By the way their website is www.nationalplatinumclub.com. They said they are located in Nevada but it is not true because when I did a phone reversal it states they must be in North Carolina somewhere.

The same exact debit of 99.95 has just happened to me. I contacted my bank, which is just a Wal-mart debit card, and they told me there is nothing I can do with them. Really??? Anyhow, an ACH debit was taken out that I never authorized and has set me back during this holiday season. Any help out there on how to get my money back and how to join the class action lawsuit would be awesome. Thanks.

The same thing happened to me as it did to everyone else. The only diffeance is I didn't have the money in my account to cover the $99.99 so my bank chared my account for an overdraft. I called the bank and got their information and have been calling them to no avail. They have ran  the $99.99  thru my account three times, and I have been charged  !05.00 in over draft fees. My bank says they will probably keep doing this until they get the money and I don't know how to stop them. Please contact me at tamithadanz@aol.com
