I received a call from an "unknown" caller.  I was online on 2/10/2010 looking for financial services.  I received a call on 2/11/2010 from the "unknown" caller asking if I would like a $10,000.00 line of credit.  I told them "no and that I was not interested."  On 2/12/2010 my bank account was debted through an ACH process for $99.95 by Platinum Service.  Since then after several attempts to contact this company with no leads and phone calls being disconnected I filed complaints with the FTC and IC3.  I have also put in several inquires with lawyers about a class action suit.  If you have been victimized by this company please contact me.  If we get enough people together for a class action suit maybe we can stop this "company" from taking advantage of other people and shut them down.  Please pass on this message to others.  You can contact me at lovemybabies_949600@yahoo.com.  Thank you!

This "Company" debited my checking account through an ACH for the amount of $99.95 on Feb 12, 2010! I am not familiar with this so called "Company" and when I call their 800# I get VOICEMAIL or other information! I have reported them to my bank and had the unauthorized ACH to try to reversed it.

These same jerks took 99.95 from my bank acct. as well.  They will not answer the phone for me.  I have not told anyone they could take any amount out of my acct. I never even talked to anyone. I want my money back. I am a single mom of two and I can't afford to be given my money to some fraud business.  Has anyone had any luck with getting there money back in full?  It scares me that someone can get my info and use it to the own personal advantage.  My bank says that when I can get this issuse resolved I will need to close out my acct I have now and open a new one.  What about my SS# will I have to change that too? They have not only took my money they have taken my idenity as well.  I feel vialated!!

I am in the same situation as everyone else listed here.  I applied and was granted a loan, made sure not to check any other boxes.  Last week there was a $99.95 charge that overdrew the account and also left me with a NSF charge.  In attempts to contact someone they were either closed or I was always on hold.  I have made a report with the police dept and working with my bank to dispute.

This company has taken 99.00 out of my account that I didnt have. The money I had was for something else and now I am behind paying my bill because of them. I called them and told them I know nothing about this and they didnt care and said they would not give money back. And then hung up on me. How do we get help.

I'm having a problem with platinum services too and trying to call them now.  I did apply for an online loan and had two things happen, first monster rewards pending charge of $49.95 from my account then a pending deposit from platinum services.  I keep calling and trying to speak with someone and keeps getting disconnected.  I hope they don't deduct anything from my account.  I don't have much there and might have to now close my account.  
Any news going forward on your end?  I hope it works out for both of us.

The call said incoming call I took the call and it and i told them i was not intreasted and they took moneys out of my account

Platinum Services/ shopping.maxiumplatium.com removed 99.95 from my Bank of America accountnin Feb. 2010. I was previously on line for a payday loan. As badly as I was needing finances, I know I DID NOT apply for a shopping credit card. My bank gave me the # of the withdrawer. I called them and told them I did not apply for it nor did I wish to keep it. They told me the money was non-refundable, plus there would be a $14.99 users fee each month. I was promised $2500.00 of free merchandise through on-line shopping. After that I would have a $10,000.00 credit line. As of today, I have not been able to pull them up on line to shop.

I too was applying for a payday loan (shouldn't have) with this company.  I backed out of the transaction when I saw this $99.95 membership fee but they still debited my checking account.  I called and the so called customer service agent said there was a no refund policy.  I told her that I would be opening a fraud investigation with my bank and she said no problem.  I hung up on her!  I am disputing the charge with my bank.

I have notice on my account a charge from Platium Service 8009728094 which I have not authorized to
do.  How do I get my money back? I am upset because it shorten my car payment which cause my car payment to return for insufficent funds.

i cant even tell you how bad i need my money!!! i got charged 99.95 TWICE on 3/12/2010 from my account with no authorization from me, and of course noone seems to want to answer the phone at the number on my bank statement. i have no clue who these people are and i have talked to my bank about filing a complaint. i would love to have these s.o.b.'s out of buisness its just not right what there doing. god im glad i came apon this page, im goint to print these out and take them to my bank so they have a little proof in the quest to return my money to me. i think maybe u should do the same.
