- BrittanyI remember getting random 1800 calls and eventually answered to get them to stop. just today i realized i had a 14.00 and 99.95 charge to my account. never once have i applied or even LOOKED into a loan. This company is stealing money from random people. If anyone has advice i would love to hear it.
- HossReceived ACH statement from bank stating Platinum Services attempted to withdrawal money from my checking account. The amount they got was $0 because my bank wouldn't authorize the transaction due to not enough funds in my account. Called 800-972-8094 immediately to stop them from taking my money. Got a rude response, then they hung up. Called back with threats of my lawyer and they said that they would love to hear from my lawyer and hung up again. Called bank and was told to close my account and reopen a new one. Took banks advice and had account closed within minutes of talking to them. Banker told me this is happening quite often with the economy the way it is and there isn't much they could do about these fraudulent companies. I am also contacting my state's attorney to file formal complaints against Platinum Services. Hopefully the law will be on our side in this matter, however I highly doubt it will.

- NadineI got a copy of my bank statement concern of a debit of $99.95 and $14.00
I had no awareness of these transactions. My bank gave me a 800 number that appear on this transaction. (800)972-8094. As other victims have stated, the person I talk with was very rude and not very informational on this transaction or what it for. Yes! I have gone on-line to get information on a pay-loan. I check a box indicating I was interested in getting information on the cash advance. But did not authorized them to take money from my account. - NadineI got a copy of my bank statement concern of a debit of $99.95 and $14.00

I was just charged 14.00 on my checking account via Debit Card #. I have used the debit card online for recent purchases. Nothing is safe anymore.
- stick in the mud| 1 replyCalled to ask how this company could be taking money from my account. I was told I clicked "yes" to something which allowed them to do this.. The small print on this site who took $100 dollars from my account says they will be taking it out monthly. eeek
I filled out forms for a small loan. Now I am paying for this fee of something, guess BBB needs to help but they are not listed as a company.

- JConnor| 2 repliesThey have been either ordering things and writing bad checks in my name. I didn't athorize this transaction and my bank will only give me this number.
- joan danford replies to JConnor| 1 replywhat can we do to get our money back
- Bryan| 1 replyI too was a victim of this BS company, I was debited 99$ out of my account for no apparent reason. I have not had a chance to call yet, but from what I have read I am screwed, this is absolutley rediculous for these people to think they can get away with this. This is really the last thing I need in my life right now especially because the money they took out put me in overdraft which just cost me more money! I wish I knew where this compnay was located so I could pay them a personal visit.
- Persistant| 3 repliesThese sons of [***] had me on hold forever! I attempted my first call first thing in the morning (8:00 am) in hopes of reaching a representative to dispute this matter. Unlike all of you above, which like myself, obviously we all have been "gotten", I, apparently been the biggest victim of the amount of $99.95! Why my amount is higher than the rest, I couldn't tell you. Of course they debited that amount at the time where there weren't avaliable Funds to cover this transaction, so therefore, you guessed it- over draft fees were assessed to my banking account. I've filed a claim & apparently these [***] are aware that we, as victims, are catching up to their games & scams. I've never recieved a "Platinum Credit Card", nor utilized it in anyway. I've thought about pursuing legal actions, but I'm waiting to see if that amount will be retuned VIA my bank first. If so, and all goes well, I hope they will try to scam me again once more & THEY WILL END UP FORKING UP MORE THAN THEY HAVE TAKEN!
- Theotis Obey replies to MaryI also was debited $14.00 from my checking account and i don't know why
- Jenk| 1 replyI received a charge on my bank account for $99.95 and $14.00 - everytime I try to call, I push the button to transfer through and get hung up before anyone answers. I'm glad to see this is fraud and I intend to dispute the charges.
- Deanna replies to Renita| 2 replies800-972-8094 AKA Platinum Services - They took out $99.95 on December 24, 2009 and they told me that I hit submit while shopping online when I asked them for my money back he told me it was non-refundable. I asked him what did I shop for for $99.95 cause I didn't get anything as I knew nothing of them nor did I authorize $99.95 to come out of my account? They had my name but it was wrong but they did have my social and address and bank account number. HOW? This is scary....... What do you do about this.
- lolo replies to angelodom2| 1 replyMan these people are ripping everyone off. i just got off the phone with my sister who is in tears after we tracked down who debited 99.95 out of her account making her account overdrawn and has no more money. We need to stop these guys.
- asharp replies to DeannaI was just charged this $99.95 fee as well this past Friday. I have called the 800# listed on my bank statement:
PLATINUM SERVICE 8009728094
and nobody answers... I can't get any information. When I googled this I discovered all these others who have had problems with this. My bank suggested I file a police report. Not sure what good it will do but I am waiting on an officer to call me back right now.
I'll add any info I get that may seem helpful to others regarding this unauthorized transaction. - emily replies to Joshua BonagofskyI had the same thing happen. Did you get any resolution?

Also we can talk with our bank if we should change bank acc numbers, because I receive like a 100 calls after i fill those forms , meaning more that one company have our information. good luck!
