I know what you all are talking about but i never got a call....all i got was a transaction on my USAA account from this number... you all got lucky with the 49.95, I got debited $79.95 for a W/D Premium Service or something like that....

I never sign up for anything unless i know what it was...I searched for that number and the company and found nothing but people complaining about this 1800 number and thats all i got for results...obviously this is a major scam.

I've been scammed by a few companies before but this was the most any of them has taken from me.
I'm calling this number and i will [***] [***] at them, Im ganna tell them " look, i never signed up for this whatever service you guys are and i expect you to refund the $79.95 you have debited from my account or im going to take action and file it as theft" ... only if they do not cooperate with me in a civil manner.

i got charged 79.95 for something i didnt know they could charge now im trying to stop payment but they wont

this company took 79.95 out of my account and i am filing fraud charges on them. i want my monet back into my account

I was charged $79.95 from WebPlatinum Service also. I became suspicious when I looked at my bank statement & realized I did not order a credit card from any of the online loan services.  This is precious money to me, it makes me think.. how secure is a online loan request.

did you ever have any luck in getting your money back?  This just happened to me today and i am furious and in tears.  I have been hung up on numerous times, cursed at, etc.  I am a recent widow with 2 children and went online to check my account today to notice this withdraw that was not authorized.  Tomorrow i have to go close my account and take what money is in there and pay my car insurance shich will leave me no money to cook Thanksgiving dinner for myself and my 2 children.  This will be the first Thanksgiving w/o their father.  What can we do to get our monies back and make sure they do not continue to do this?? I am open to suggestions.

There is absolutely no indication of anything in NJ in that link. It's in Illinois.

I was defrauded by MAXIMUMPLATINUM.COM and have logged a complaint with the U.S. Dept of justice. and i urge everyone who has been ripped of by them to do the same. flood them with complaints. they are criminals. and need to be prosicuted.

This number appeared on my bank statement beside a charge i did not authorize.  i havnt been able to reach them or my bank as it  is sunday but i will monday i also had charges from usa credit and edp reporting as well as 3 overdraft fees 37 bucks a piece. someone is going to paydearly for this any suggestions. i got 19.95 back from usa credit but not the od charge. i am out about 250 bucks righ now

they got me to this weekend they took more from me then any of you guys they took 99.95 out of my account. just like you all i was applying for a payday loan and i got ins. funds. with that bull.... they got for sale on ther who want that s... nobody, look like something from the thrift store.and i called them as well the sugarfoot answered my call to would not let me talk cut me off as i was talking. i can here laughing under his breath like this a joke well i'm not laughing bi... seting up ther happier then a sissy with a bag of d..ks. from the money you stoled from my account.

they went thur my bank account and took out 99.95 out of my accoun with telling me and then kept on hanging up on me and tell me they dont give refunds on back so now i i gt my bank dilling with now.

listed as: Unknown caller. I suspected that it was a sales call of some kind so I never answered it. HOWEVER, today my checking acct. was debited
for $99.95!! I'm survive on SS Disability and do NOT have this money to lose!

i have just had the same thing to me today. I looked at my checking account and i seem to have been charged 95.95 and i have not even applied for a credit card. When i called the 1800 number said they was closed. Correct me if im wrong but if this was a real cc card wouldn't they be open 24 hrs 7 days a week. Anyways now im left with a 95.95 charge on my account to something i have not applied to for a product i do not have. after Monday when i call again they better either refund the charge or they will be hearing from me again. I can make a lot of noise.

This piece of .... company is a fraud they called and called and i dont know how they got my account information. They debitted my account $99.95 without authorization. This transaction cost me $36 times 4 due to transactions I did authorize. Please dont even answer the phone if you see the number 8009728094 or unknown number. athis company is a scam.

This company have stole 99.95 out of my checking account that I never okayed for them to do. I was looking on computer for pay-day loans and I changed my mine because it was a rip-off and I got ripped-off anyway. This such be against the law to do this. I was trying to borrow money and this company stole my money. I went in one pay day loan window and I have received 100's of e-mails and also my phone is ringing off the hook.

I was charged and did not authorize.

Got charged 14 dollars. I called the Indiana att. general, and I am in the process of filing suit.
