These people contacted me and indicated that they needed me to verify my banking info.  I indicated that I was not interested in any services and that they should refrain from using any information they may have gotten access too. ... Shortly after, my checking account was charged 99.95.  I have tried to reach them and have been unsuccessful.  Call indicates for past two days due to increment weather they are closed.  This is a business, how can there be no forwarding number or contact info to follow up on.  Meanwhile they have gone into my checking account without permission.  Please help!

I need a manager to call me about illegally taking money out of my checking acct. which I did not sign up for with your company.  I have read numerous accounts on line where you did the very same thing to other people.  Not only am I reporting you to my bank, but also the BBB.  I need a call immediately at 912-667-8163 to settle this matter or I will have my attorney contact you.

The above number has taken out $99.95 from my account without authorization from me. I have called several times getting a recording that they are close due to inclement weather.  I think this was a scam and it also cost me overdraft fees of $74.00.  I will cancel this account immediately.

they deducted 99.95 from my checking today, 1/14/10. I called bank to disputed it as i had no idea what it was. Bank of america stated that because the transaction is still pending, they cant do anything as of yet. they did give me a phone number to call to find out what the charg is. I cant and was told it was a loan application i submited online 12/29/2010. She stated they sent me an email of approval and I had so many days to call and decline it. I will call Bank of Amercia tomorrow, once the charges have been cleared, to dispute this charge.

They are taking money out of my account. They took $99.95 back in august of last year. they have been taking $14.00 to $28.00 out of my account every month. I dont intend to deal with them. I just intend to close my account at my bank and go elsewhere. I dont see how it is legal to do something like this.

I was just checking my online statement, and I just had $99.95 taken from my checking account.  I can't believe this, I haven't given my info. to anyone.  Is it some kind of spy-ware they use?  I'm now overdrawn on my account.  These people ripped me off!  Don't sound like a lot of money, however, $100.00 plus friggin bank fee's are gonna kill me.  Any more info, please share.

Please, anyone who has been screwed by these pricks, please, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. There is power in numbers. This company must be stopped. They ripped me off $99.95, which seems to be the going rate, and I didn't sign up with them. Please, lets stop them together, so file a complaint with the BBB.  File against, National Platinum and their number is 1-800-972-8094. Plus, they go by a couple of other names and numbers, please, look at the previous complaints in this column.

Hi, I just got ripped off $99.95 from these jerks, and the Better Business Bureau cant do anything except give them a grade of F. What is the point.  However, these people need to be stopped.  They have been getting away with this since 2006.  I am ready to go the distance if anyone will join me.  I am going to report them to the Pennsylvania State Police this afternoon, as a theft (by deception). I really believe that National Platinum does an illegal activity called Piggy-backing.  They in a way attach their website to another's site, and then steal the information, and they get the information that we have given (or thought) to someone else with an almost secure site.  These pricks are bottom feeding scum bags, and need stopped.  I am so mad about this theft by them that I cant see straight. It was the last $100 in my account, so why would I give it away to someone when I don't get paid for a few more days. Any information you can share with me about getting back and even with this company, please respond to this message.  Let's get mad and get even!  Thanks,  Bob

OMG! After reading all of your comments on this company. I've been getting these calls saying that I'm going to be arrested for an old payday loan from 2009. So I looked up the number on the internet and found this site. Well, I filed complaints on that number, now the same people are calling from yet another number. So I decided to check my bank account online last night. I went in there and there was a charge for 99.95 with an NSF fee of 31.00 making me -130.00 in my account. I thought the phone calls were the worst but this really got to me. First thing this morning I called my bank. They said I needed to come in and file a dispute against the company. The bank gave me this 800 number so I called them. The woman who I spoke with was very rude and stated I talked with someone on the phone on May 16th at 6:05PM. I have never talked to them on the phone. If I don't know the number I let it go to voicemail. But, she insisted that they have my consent to debit my account. So I went to my bank and filed a dispute and they took my debit card and said they would reissue me a new one within a few days. They reversed the charges so the company did not get a thing from me, but I just happened to catch it in time before it went through. The pain is now when I want to pay online for something I will have to go and get a prepaid card to do so. That is what my bank told me to do. They also offer a prepaid card that I signed up for to use in this case. I went to the website these people gave me and read all the fine print. But like many of you I too inquired about a loan online but I never commited to it but I am now being bombarded with emails from so many lenders online. I did take the advise and filed a complaint with my local BBB. Is there anyone else to file a complaint with? I would be willing to go along with a lawsuit against them. You can contact me at

These people needs to be stopped! I agree to that 100%!

I too just noticed a charge of 99.95 from them. this was in the form of a generic check. The bank gave me the 800-972-8094 number to call. I called them and spoke to a gentleman that told me that they sent me an email and called me before the 7 days were up to cancel my membership. I asked what membership, I never authorized you to take anything from my account. They then gave me a fax number so I can fax a police report to so they could cancel the charges. Yea, right, they are thieves. I have found that my bank will reimburse me, but I was told that they can only do it the once so if they continue that there is nothing they can do about it. I am now sending a report to the BBB and the FTC. Beware.

I just got off the phone with these crooks. They have hung up on me a couple of times and they also hung up on my boyfriend. I have since called the bank for fraudulent charges and they say that since there is an ID number that it is indeed my charge. I told them that I never authorized anything from these guys and that they need to be stopped. I am now calling the police department so that I can take that to the bank. Is this the way they are getting away with it now, they assign an ID and say authorization is on file. I told them that when their advertisement came up and I read the small print that I X'd out of the program. They told me "that doesnt cancel the transaction" What transaction I didnt push summit or anything like that I Xd out. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and now the police department, What else can be done so that they dont prey on other people?
