u need to look again the 14 dollars was just a monthly fee.  They had to have debited a larger amount previously

I am also interested in a class action.The terms of service they list try to claim you can not , but having never accepted their terms I dont see how that can be binding. Have you found an interested lawyer?

well i guess i wasn't the only 1 who had money takeing out of there bank they did the same to me to the took 99.95 out of mine and i called them and they said i did i told them i know i didn't and was getting mad at her and she was getting mad at me and then they told me i could not get my money back and i told her i was going to call the better buisnes beaur or what ever how to spell it  sorry   and then she said to me there was nothing they can do becuz i clicked it i know i didn't...then she gave me a website i can get on to order and i cant even get in that either so what r we going to do not many people can pay for a lawyer i know i can't    thank u all and yes i would love all of my money back to   reyqueenie@yahoo.com

I got a Payday Loan through National Group and on the very same day my account was credit Platinum Service debited my account $99.95.  I do not only believe we should target Platinum Service but we should also target the Payday Loan for this business is on their site.  How do I go getting my money back besides filing a police report.  There has got to be a quicker wayand for all this inconvenience we should be able to get our money back and then some for this inconvenience.

I was debited $99.95 without my knowledge, and no resolve.  I do not know who took these funds, and why.  It is a new bank account and my bank is filling a complaint.

I was just online searching for a home loan source and I assume that is where they got my bank info. Then 3-31-2010 I was debited $99.95. It overdrafted my account and the 800 number that was on my statement nobody will pick up. So, I think these [***] know they are stealing. I gave no such permission for them to withdraw anything from my account. Somebody needs to shut these people down. Sorry I'm all in caps. I'm pissed off.

They did me the same way. I dont have any way to contact you or get a response back but i will keep up with everything. I cussed the superviser and told him he knew wat he was doing. they debited my account for 2 99.95 ach and 1 for 49.95.

that sucks am just another victim of this corrupted company, they took 99.95 out of my account just yesterday and what suck even more is that they did it right after i payed my bills so when the 99.95 where taken i only had like 50 dollar in my account, and still made a couple of purchases yesterday night, i check my account today and it was on -140, some one has to stop this company, what there doing is just not right

They did the same thing to me. They took out $99.95 from my account and when I called (800-972-8094) a man answered and he said that he can cancel my account but that I cannot get a refund. I think that this is a big scam. They stated that they emailed me so I told him I never received anything, anything and for him to reforward me the message he said it's not his problem if I never received any email. I asked to speak to someone higher than him. I came across this site and I just called and left a message for Mr. Cohen. I got 99.95 debited from my account I recieved no call.  my bank account was just hijacked plain and simple.I will file this with law inforcement

Did you get your money back?

I writing this to inform anyone who is thinking about private loan from the computer don't bother with them. Today I found out that Platinum Services took $60.00 from me and now I have to go to the bank to close the account.

look the same thing happpend to me guys, i talked to my bank and this very nice woman says to file a claims account, and then close ur account so it wont happen again, get a new account! or it will happen again, nad be very careful where u send out ur info! :)

The same thing happen to me but I have a lawyer that is on this company now and now the FEDS are involved. So, dont worry because it is fence to stop like ASAP. These people are now saying that there company lines are down but they are getting traced with there phone calls right now, and the FEDS are on them like white on rice. These people are routing in from difeerent areas when you guys call them and some are even from there home phone. There is a big investigation on this company Platinum Services right now, and soon and I hope that each and everyone of you get your 99.95 back. For heads up call your bank and see if they can reverse the fee that they charged, and nine times out of ten your bank did not pay the amount or if they did dispute it and get your money plus NSF fee refunded back to you.
