    scammed
Didn't receive a call from 1-801-22-5269.  Did recieve a charge of $29.95 on my debit card.  My banking info on-line showed the number 801-765-5879DEB which I immedialty called & got a voicemail saying it was Debt Eaters & to call back when they are open. I had to cancel my debit card & file a dispute with my bank.  I also had order LiftSP and cancelled my order. I DID uncheck all the boxes so they are just flat out lying with that excuse! Lift SP had also "claimed" that Jennifer Anniston was soon to be their new spokesperson...sounds like they are trying to play with the big dogs and they are going to get bitten.

I also have been charged this 29.95 to my check card. It popped up shortly after ordering the Acai Noni Slimming Blend product for 1.95 for a free trial. Somehow my account check card information made its way to debt eaters and that phone number. Scam alert!Do not order from this website:
    http://www.acaislimmingdiet.com/?affiliateid= ... 3&hid=359671925
There has also been two other fraudlent charges that we have since discovered. Be ware and avoid the above web site.
I've since canceled both cards. What a headache! If its too good to be true, it is.

what happened to all of you happened to me as well.

My wife ordered the free trial pills ACAI NONI slimming blend and received them promptly. After the day ordering them online, we got a unknown charge from "Debt Eaters" we quickly called our bank to report a fraudulent transaction. They canceled my WIFE'S card and investigated the incident. We received a letter 4 days later saying the transaction was not fraud and was legit. We were disgusted with the end results currently. We are currently contacting ACAI NONI to cancel the small print information "auto ordering after free pill order successful" so that we don't get any accruing charge from them.

About debt eaters there also known as www.leadsourcesolutions.com based out of Sandy, UT. on this website it doesn't show any types of charges or anything for their services. another website is the exact same for these "Debt Eaters"  www.CDSDebtHealth.com  which tells you about the purchase of $29.95. Both websites were purchased through godaddy.com but switched over to domainsbyproxy.com. From there you can get some personal information about the administrator for these websites which is
          acaislimmingdiet.com@domainsbyproxy.com

Looking at our bank account information another charge was placed under YUM Henderson 90 for $31.37 I am pretty sure another fraudulent charge from works of these punks.

I also got charged $29.95! I tries calling the number listed on my online 801-456-6000. A recording comes up saying thank you for calling our corporate office we are unavailable at this time please call back later. and hangs up. So i called my bank to dispute the charges. I also think this may be linked to online purchasing. I clicked on one of those diet pill ads and purchased a trial version for $1.95 on Jan 12 and on the 20th i got the Debt Eater charge. I have never bought any trial offers from an ad before so I'm sure that its the cause of all this. So watch out for the Ads!

I just called the Acai Noni diet pill people and they denied having anything to do with Debt Eater. The agent told me that they do not own that company but she curiously had a number for Debt Eaters 801-222-5269. I told her that if they did not own that company as she claimed, they should investigate why their customers were charged by them shortly after purchasing their trial version. She supposedly told her supervisor. They should really get these scammers!!!

    Everyone,

Besides calling your credit card company/bank disputing the charge.  Go to the FTC website and file a complaint: https://www.FTCComplaintAssistant.gov/

I have no idea who this company is, either. I ordered a product off of the internet and saw 29.95 had been debited from my account by debt eater with number out of Utah. I googled the name "debt eater" and found that I had not been the only one. I called my bank to dispute the charge. They have cancelled my card and I have to wait for a new debit card but at least if its a monthly charge, the charge they try to make next month will be to an invalid debit card. Yes, it's a hassle and a little inconvenient but at least it won't be a recurring charge. Looks like a Scam to me!

    Freaked Out
I didn't get a call, but I'm totally freaked out now!  I just purchased a instant access to "Grant Access Slub".  I was immediately granted access, however, the first page was of "Debt-Eater".  All I did was x-out at the top and it went away.  The screen then showed my confirmation information for the item I had purchased.  I'm wondering though if I missed something on that "Debt Eater" and will be charged!  I checked my bank account on-line just now and nothing has appeard.  Not even the 1.95 is pending.  Most things pend automatically.  I almost want to get a new card before anything happens!!

I didn't get a call, but was charged $29.95 after "free" trial subscription to Acai berry.  Credit card company is cooperating.  This website is a good reference, so that people can see this is a scam.

I had the same experience where I was requesting information or thought I was receiving a CD about USA grants and after putting in my information the Debteaters website popped up it did not allow me to refuse the membership in order for me to move on I had to click on it next thing I know my account was being chargedf $29.95 I called to cancel the membership I was told that it was cancel but I never rec'd my refund I called back to inquire about my refund and I was told that my membership was cancelled but that I did not request a refund I then told the indiv that I wanted a refund he told me that I would receive it w/in 3-5 days I have yet to receive my refund from Debteaters. I believe they are working together with the grant company to scam people I have already filed a complaint with BBB and I encourage anyone else that have experienced these problems to do the same

Did you ever get your money back?  I just discovered a charge of 64.43 on my card and have no idea who these people are.

Nancy Crowley replies to me too
Apparently they are going for different amounts as I was hit for $64.43.  I only used this card a few days ago to rent a car from Enterprise.  There was only to be 2 transactions and I discovered after my deposit was returned that the balance wasn't what it was supposed to be (down by 64.43 as it turns out).  Then today the transaction showed up on my online statement and the description said 8022225926EZG.  This is certainly isn't something I didn't authorize and have no idea who these people are.  I've emailed the bank as it is a weekend but other than contacting them to return the money, do you know of anything I can do?  Did you get your money returned?

A number of you seem to connect this scam with Acai Slimming products but maybe they have changed their scam.  I have never ordered those products or even checked them out online. All I did was reserve a car online from Enterprise, that was the ONLY transaction and all of a sudden I get this charge for 64.43 and under the description that phone number is listed and the letters EZG.  I tried calling the number and all I get is that they are open Monday - Friday and the message references Easy Grant Guide!!  What is up with this??

    P. from NC replies to Scammed
Yes, I've been scammed, too. Same time frame (1/20/09) by DEBT EATER 5 from Utah with $29.95. I also happened to order the ACAI product sample for $1.95 from that same website you mentioned, about 10 days prior to the DEBT EATER 5 charge.
My credit card company has been very helpful so far, is in contact with them and will dispute the item for me. I'm so angry at myself. This is the first time I ordered from a website I wasn't really sure about - and got my fingers burned immediately!!

Hang up, do not speak with them, you will be charged $29.95 on your next credit card bill without ordering. In fact, check your credit card bill anyway since they have your phone number already.

Your information has been helpful.  I ordered something on line that had to do with Acai Noni and then received two charges. One was fit-fac.com for 29.95 the lady said that by ordering I automatically sign up for this and had 21 days to cancel.  But never saw this on the site.  I was so concerned with the possible benifits of the product I was ordering.  Also a charge of 29.95 for Debt Eater Salt Lake Cit Ut.  Never saw this one either.  I also didn't realize that the Acai Noni was a 14 day trial and now have an 84.95 charge for that.  My husband flipped.  So I'm trying to figure out what to do about it.
