My caller is comes up as Unavailable when this number calls. I returned the call yesterday and it said it's Western Watts Center. They do data collection according to their website. I've never hold long enough to speak to someone, hopefully they check their email because I just wrote to them.

I've been getting calls from this number about 3 times a night all week.  When I pick up nobody responds.  Caller ID says "Unavailable".  The number is from a cellular phone.  

I just sent them an e-mail from a URL provided at another website telling them to take my number off their calling list.  I don't know what else to do.

I just got a call from this number and a lady wanted to know how my last banking experience was at National City .

A woman (Out of Area call) said she was calling to do a survey about how Time Warner Cable handled my recent call to customer service.  I told her it has taken over 6 days for them to respond.  She said Thank you and started to hang up.  I asked her if that was all there was.  She asked Did I call them yesterday? I said Yes, but they were having problems with their ticketing system and when I initially had called 6 days ago, I was told I would be called back within 24 hours. She said they were having problems with their systems. Then, she hung up.

I just got home and this number was on my caller ID 4 times.  No answer when I called it back.

I answered it and no one was there so i hung up. this is realy weird! i thought it might me a number from a different country cause i just go an e-mail saying not to answer and 809, 284, 876 area code. Thought it might be one of thoses!

Receive calls sevral times a day, If I don't the number I don't answer anymore, waste of my time

On 6/28/07 I received a call from 801-623-4630 & one from 801-623-4631 then on 6/29/07 I received another from 801-623-4631. On caller ID it says Out Of Area. These calls came in when I was not at home. There is no message left. How do I stop the calls?

The caller said she wanted ask me a question about my visit to Kaiser, she asked me if I was the person she asked for, I said yes, then she hung up

I have gotten calls from this number 2-3 times a day for the past 2 weeks, never get to talk to anyone, but the call seems to be attached to some electronic device...if anyone can confirm that this is Kaiser...please let me know

missed call everytime. Call always comes in the evening, lastest call was 11:08 pm. called number back, went to www.westernwats.com and clicked on link to be removed from their call list.

It is becoming an issue anymore with all the callers that are unidentified, crank calls, hang up, you name it I am tired of it. Leave it to the government to fix the problem, well, you have seen our public school system! Get a clue and some even consider national health care! Now there is a real solution. Are we a just asking for more problems? I'll take care of this problem myself. I won't answer the phone! Ringers can be turned off!!

I also will not pick-up if I don't recognize the number or Caller ID. They started calling every evening a few days ago. Having read what you all have to say I will definitely ignore it.

The caller left no message.

801-623-4631 has been calling me for weeks several times a day.  I finally answered today and they asked if I spoke Spanish or if anyone at my home speaks spanish.  I asked "Why?".  He said..."Because I want to survey someone who speaks Spanish.  I said..."You are calling the wrong country, aren't you?"  He said "Thank you for your time" and hung up.  I suspect they were doing a survey regarding immigration and wanted specific answers from people who support illegal aliens living in America.

Has called three times.  Don't answer #'s not recognized or don't want to talk to

Answered this phone number yesterday and when asked if I would participate in a 10-minutes Survey I said, "No Thank You" and hung up. They just called again but I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.

This number has called at least 3 times a day for the past couple of days; we do not pickup when we don't recognize the number or the CID. Get on the Federal No Call List and then answer it and demand they not call again or you will report them to the FCC. May work, may not.

call comes from 801-623-4631 this number is also associated with 800-828-7959 and 804-319-1962 these numbers call 5 or more times a day on saturday mornings starting as early as 8:30am, very annoying, learned about these numbers from previous posts
