Wow, I just got two calls from this #, first time I answered and no one sd anything, 2nd time I didnt answer they didn't leave a voicemail.  Very weird.

I just got this call and no one would say anything after I said Hello? a couple of times. I am also a t mobile customer. It seems they have been getting away with this for awhile now. I am disabled and getting to the phone sometimes can be difficult. Since my Mother is elderly and ill I always try and get to the phone. If anyone has any ideas on how to stop this I would love to know, it is just wrong on many levels, and the fact that it's been going on for awhile is frustrating.

im 12 and i just traded cell phones, and this number keeps callin me, and when i pick up, its some mexican. and yes i do have t-mobile

I have t-mobile and just got this number it tmobile has something to do with this

this number called my 3 times every other day around 7:30PM after i signed up a new T-Mobile account.

i work for western wats... so first off... its a job just like everything else give us a [***] break... and second of all we are not telemarketers so we dont follow the do not call list... so before u go jumpin our [***] about [***] u need to get all ur facts straight... we dont like putting up with your attitude nemore than u like us calling you... get over it

The best thing you can do is be polite to the agent. Ask nicely to be taken off of the call list or to place you on the Do Not Call list. Or you can tell them that whoever they ask for is deceased. I always would take them off the list if they told me that.

If you are rude, expect to recieve a call back very shortly. :)

So, if I'm rude, I get multiple opportunities to be rude? Yay!

I'm recieving 1-3 calls a day from this number. No one replies when I answer. It's disturbing my peace, my privacy, and my time!

My husband and I own a market research company and I am horrified that employees of Western Wats put people back on the call list if the people are rude.  What a waste of resources and what a way to ruin it for all market research companies who are just trying to do a good job.

I hate western watts I worked there back in 08 and fat ass ray fired me for no reason after i brought his big [***] an apple pie from mcdonalds haha. and the ppl were hella rude but i never thought about putting them back on the call list haha they would call me wet back [***] everybook in the rainbow clearly not knowing what race I was but im applying for a job so i need the street adress and phone number if anyone has it

Western Watts is just another company that is trying to get your input, this is valuable information that is sent back to the client to get your feedback on certain products, and opionions . This information is then sent to the top manangers and ceo's of companies to not only better their products but also try and make a better experience for you the consumer. You want to drive a better car right? Or get a variety of what you buy, then why not take just a few min out of your time to answer a simple question. I'm pretty sure there are times where you see a commercial and think mmm if only they made it this way, or added this flavor, or it would probably be even better if they added this safety feature! Just something to think about....

I found out who this phone number belongs to:  It's Western Wats Corp., a market research company.  Here's their main telephone number to get your number removed from their list:  801-373-7735.  If everyone calls to have their number removed, maybe this company will go out of business.  Call often so you'll be as annoying as they are!!

Lol,you know what most of your guys problems are? As viewed by an ex western wats employee,I can tell most of you were most likely rude when they called,so you were put on the call list again,for a couple minutes later..

Like the other guy said,all it takes is to be CIVIL to us and not be a big [***] [***],and we will take you off the list,but most of you want to act like [***] and tough guys on the phone,so we [***] with you.

and as said before,no,do not call list doesnt apply,and complaining wont help either..The supervisors care if your mad as little as we do.

So,what have we learned? QUIT BEING A [***] DICK and maybe ppl will stop calling you.

I happen to work for this company, and yes, I know, the calls are annoying, but it's still our job... Why do you want to make our job's more difficult? Also, we're not supposed to leave any voicemails so that's why there aren't any. We're not calling to sell anything, we're just doing surveys., which is why we can call you regardless of you being on a "Do Not Call" list, because that list is for telemarketers, which we are not. And the numbers we call, are the numbers that are provided to us by the companies that hire us to do the surveys. It's nonsensical in being rude about it. We don't mean to call you at inconvenient times, it's just the way are dialer dials the numbers. If you had enough time to answer the phone, than you should have enough time to politely decline doing the survey and move on with your day. Most of the workers are just kids my age (18) trying to work through college. Have some more respect and treat us like human beings and we will HAPPILY put you on the "Do Not Call" list if you ask. Also, understand that IT IS OUR JOB. You wouldn't appreciate someone making YOUR job more difficult, so don't do it for other people.

Hello, a**hole. Really interesting comment you have there. According to you, you want to put a company out of business. Is that correct? You do realize that would mean that people would be out of a job, right? Or do you not care? That's probably it, huh? Well, I'd personally like to tell you that you are an awful person if you would actually want something like that to happen. Are we hurting anybody? No. Are we calling to ask if you would like to sign our petition in support of the slaughter of newborn babies? No. So the only reason I can come up with in you being upset, is that we called when you were in the middle of watching animal porn. Maybe if you'd answer your phone you'd know that a nice response would get you happily put on the "Do Not Call" list. So pause your video of the horse three-some to pick up the phone and politely decline our offer to do the survey. Or, you could do it and then we could put your name on the list afterwards. You might as well.
