801-623-4631 - 6:57pm 3/24/08 - Always "out of area" and never leaves a message.  I get numerous calls during the week, but we don't answer calls we don't recognize.

Same as above.  I do not know anyone from this number.  Received call two different times.  No message left from caller.

Have received several calls from this number. I never pick it up because I don't answer calls from unknown sources. We are on the DO NOT CALL LIST, but they're still calling...

got the call this afternoon. I p/u and no one answered.

Call to our home (AGAIN) 4/1/08 @ 4:33pm.  No one speaks - comes up on caller ID as Out of Area.

I've been getting calls on my cell phone from this number as well - I've choosen not to answer - but would love to get off their list!

A lot of those places have a cumputerized set up so that it dials your number over and over until it finds a time you are home, which is when you actually answer the call;it may disconnect; the time your phone was answered is recorded for a follow-up call to be made during that time period.
Regardless, it's annoying.

I worked at this place for almost a year. A lot of the kids in Casa Grande, Az work here because almost anyone can get hired. It's seen as the easiest job in town. We are not allowed to leave messages.
THEY DO NOT APPLY TO THE DO NOT CALL LIST, because they are not trying to sell you anything, only get your opinion.
That is probably one of the most annoying complaints I got while working there.
Companies hire Western Wats to take surveys for them. We don't have your information except for your phone number, and occasionally an address.

We, the dialer, alone have the power to take you off the calling list. If you piss us off, as many times people would me, I would just put the caller back on the call back list.

MANY EMPLOYEES DO THIS.
If you are just polite, then we'll take you off.

If someone felt the need to insult me, I would put them on the callback list for minutes later.

Received a call ~8:05PM: Do not have caller ID, so got it from *69 recording from phone company(Virginia) who said 801-623-4631 was in Jackson, Miss. I told the young lady asking for my husband, that he wasn't home. She asked me to take a survey for SUNTRUST BANK. I said I wasn't interested...she persisted by asking if we had a joint account. I said, "I don't know you and will now answer the question" and hung up.
I will ask my bank to remove my name from their surveys.
SUGGESTION: Just put survey cards in the lobby, where they can be dropped in a box for pickup for revies.

I got a call from 801-623-4631.  When I answered, there was no response.  I tried to call back and...you guessed it, no answer.  I sent an e-mail message to www.westernwats.com requesting removal from their list.  I don't know if my request will be respected, but should I be called again, I will be back here to let everyone know about it.

Caller leaves no message. Will file complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.
