- IH replies to sg| 1 replyI agree. I have T-Mobile and got 3 calls from this number. I get no response every time I pick up though. It is very annoying
- Jersey replies to IHI worked for t-mobile and can tell you they don't sell the numbers...t-mobile doesn't have a feature to block the numbers, just certain phones do. What you can do is call the national do not call list. T-mobile will give you this number or website. It is run by the government. I will include it here. I no longer work for t-mobile, but can assure you this is NOT what is happening.

If you want the phone number to use you will have to call t-mobile yourself. I hope this is helpful. Because I got the same call tonight! - Pat replies to RachelNew phone 6/4/09 just got the call 6/6/09. Must take 'em a li'l longer to call Hawaii
- erica| 1 replydidn't recognize number so didn't answer; did not leave a message. I just made a few changes to my Tmobile account yesterday... I am assuming this is the same problem everyone else is having. Reported the number to the do not call registry.
- Caller: none
- T replies to ericaPretty much exactly the same with me. Been with T-mobile for years, and just changed my account/phone the other day, and now I got this call.
- Wayne replies to AngryI also have a T-Mobil cell phone and have had it a year. I just received a call from this number today June 10th, 2009 and I refused to answer the call since I didn't know whom it was and didn't recognize the area code either.
- dc replies to AngryI am t-mobile too. new phone. these people have called me 2x already.I have given my number out only to my wife. we got sold.
- JosephI've been with T-Mobile for about 3 months. I just got this call today. The caller said they were taking a survey on behalf of T-Mobile. She identified the company she was calling from, however the connection was so poor (I put that down to whatever form of a headset she was using, because my T-Mobile connections have been excellent) that even asking her to repeat it twice, I did not get the name of the company.
I question her about burning my cell phone minutes to take a survey, and she said that I would not be charged for the call. But at this point, I was so frustrated by the near incomprehensibility of the connection that I decided I did not want to play anymore and hung up on her.
I then called T-Mobile customer service, described the incident, gave them the number, and they said they had no people calling like this. They said I did the right thing not taking the survey: they are probably fishing for personal information.- Call type: Survey

- ????Received a call...no one left a message. I also recently got a T-Mobile mobile.
- Caller: Unknown
- MarciaI just left T-Mobile YESTERDAY, but kept my same phone number & just got a call from them...didn't answer the phone
- lyssa replies to C.SI got a call today after calling customer care to find out when my contract was up. Have been with them for 3 years, but it seems like a call to customer care puts you on the list...
- ny, nyjust got a new number and phone 2 days ago. only 3 companies know it - T-mobile, Monster and Careerbuilder. I updated Monster and CB 3 hours before the call came in, so its probably not them. T-mobile is the last available choice :)
- LChaha, i have T-mobile too, and got a call from 1-801-623-4631
how strange, they didnt say anything though. - private personI just got T-Mobile last week and this number called me at work today. I've already gotten the T-mobile after purchase calls so I don't think this is any customer service call. I just pulled up the call list chose options for that number and blocked it. I would suggest every else do the same.

- western NY #Just got this call. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.
I just transferred my number from AT&T to T-Mobile 3 days ago. So, based on the comments above there must be a connection.
My number received the 'Auto Warranty' and 'National Health Insurance' telescam calls numerous times when with AT&T service. However, when I checked previous numbers against this website, comments would reflect the details of the scam. This time when I checked the main complaint seems to be the TMobile connection.
Very annoying. - brian oIt was a research firm doing a customer satisfaction survey based on my call to T-Mobile's CSR. They knew I had just called T-Mobile the day before, so T-Mobile must have given them my info. The guy was pleasant enough though- I didn't have any issue with them. I did take the survey, mostly because the T-Mobile agent I spoke to was extra good, so I wanted him to get as much credit as this thing might give him.
- western NY #I just called TMobile customer service (611 on your Tmobile cell). They confirmed that when you sign up for their service they automatically redirect your number to a 3rd party customer service survey to get your feedback on TMobile service.
TMobile cannot get you off this list. They claim the only thing you can do is register with the national donotcall registry.
An absolutely ridiculous way to get customer feedback. My satisfaction with switching to TMobile is very low right now.- Caller: 3rd party TMobile survey
