I just noticed a charge of $44.95 on my Visa card today from RE Promoter with this phone number.  When I typed in the number into Google, I found this site.  I have already disputed the charge with my CC and when I called the number it said they were closed and to call back during business hours... which I absolutely will do!

Do not sign up with Realty Trac! I had the same billing problem with them. I opened the account on 9/14/09 & cancelled on 9/18/09 well within their 7 day free trial period but they kept billing me $44.95(for the next three months)under different company names.  The last transaction was billed under Steel Canopy Re Promot 801-705-5325 NV.  I filed the disputes with my credit card company & received the credit back. I cancelled my credit card since I don't want to deal with this nonsense every month.

I got into the same trap with this scamers.  What I can not understand is I see so many people have the same issues,  and many of you have filled a complian,  and yet these fraud sites are operating and getting richer every day.
I have filled a complaint with FTC, California Privacy Office, IC3.  However,  How can we stop them?  Any ideas,  maybe a wide Facebook campaign to make sure everyone else knows about these sites? Did anyone of you get your money back?

Call their credit card company and complain about there business practices. Found them on Eharbor website maybe they will shut them down like the other Utah businesses.

After some research...seems they are a company called marketecture in utah. Their website is www.marketecture.com but they go by lots of different names including eharbor inc, wired investors and submit solutions to name a few. Lots of unhappy customer postings. Funny thing is they have news articles about getting customer service awards

I signed up for RealtyTrac - cancelled 5 days later. I have proof direct from the RealyTrac website. Even months later I can still login to the account and it shows the exact date and time I canceled the account.

Billed 45.99 without authorization. RealtyTrac are crooks - spread the word. The only thing an online company has is there reputation. These guys need to be shut down.

I have few months of charges from this unknown company $44.95 for six months and it came up to $269.70. It happens that my wife did not check her savings account and we just discover this two days ago. I have to call my bank and cancelled our credit card and go there personally to fill up a declaration form. I have not authorized this company and I am not a realtor investor. I am a retired goverment employee. I called this real estate promoter customer service department and they told me that I am only approved for one month refund. I will wait until next week if they refund all the money, then if not I will write a complain to FTC, Utah real estate comissioner and call the FBI for full investigation. I believed this is a ripp-off or perhaps a scam. I don't know how they got to my checking account or perhaps this was given to them by other company that knows my personal account. Again, I will give them a week and will take legal action on this company.

they are running  scams under a number of company names webcocash, weconetwork  to name a few they also use alias names  DONT give them your bank details or you will be sorry :((

just got charged 59.95 today right when i subscribed and then instantly canceled. this is so lame. I was a 5 minute customer and am charged. Instantly deactivated my debit card. will file a claim and fight for my refund.

I have never heard of this company...I have never heard of realtytrak and am not in real estate or looking at real estate but the one I got states they are an internet ecommerce solution site. I am having trouble with my web site but I did not sign up for this company to assist me with anything. I called and the entire billing staff is on vacation until 7/18/11...today is 7/13/11. What the heck...who sends an entire department on vacation? I filed a dispute with my credit card company...
