No my dear.....they already have all your (our) information.  They can you use it at anytime.  They are scammers and just want money!!

I also received two phone calls from these people. I was able to speak to someone but all they wanted was a credit card she said they must have on file. I refused to give that information so she said "See you in court". I asked her for their physical address and she said could not give me that because they had too much legal information on clients. What the heck has that got to do with their address!! SCAM!!

I have received a phone call yesterday from this number around 12:54 Pm, a voice mail stated that I have some legal issues pending, they need to be addressed before I get them mail to my home or my job, and they gave me a case number,  I called back  several times, I can not get in touch with anyone. I am wondering how can they get all my information, that is scary! what else can they do?

I received the same call.  First to my cell phone and then to my office phone.  Crazy!

they said they had fraudulent  charges against me and that i will summon at work or home. Unless, i call them to settle this. they call my house and my cell.

asked for a name and was given michelle carr with goldman and associates out of norfolk virginia.  Asked who your bosses are and it is a group of attorneys but doesn't know who they are...Really.

i received 3 messages on my cell phone saying that  there's fraudulent  action  with my name and social security on our county and a summon will be sent to my work or my home address and the sender 's  last name is Stevens but no number appear on my cell where the call came from  will you please stop it scammers

Just got the same call... so annoying..

I started getting this call yesterday on my home voice mail.  What alerted me as suspicious was they used my maiden name, which I haven't used in 20 years.  I've NEVER used it with the phone number I received the call on.  I nearly called it back when I decided to first google the number and see where it came from.  The 804 area code came up as from Virginia, and I thought, well that's really strange.  Further google brought me here, where all of you have gotten the EXACT call.  Geez Louise, don't people have anything better to do than scam phone calls?

My husband actually received a call for me from these people. One of my co-workers gets calls like this as well as well as her husband. I have tried to call the number back, even put in the case number and it doesn't let you enter the number, goes right to a hold spot. Then you hear music and no one answers.

Have a little patients? Are you kidding me? I really doubt that they are in the business of collecting debts.  If they are, they certainly aren't following the correct protocol for doing so.  Maybe you should take you patients and read the other posts and you'll undoubtedly see that these folks are scamming something.  These people don't even disclose the company name that they are calling from!!  It's definitely a scam.

Just curious, what division of the government do you work for; and is it for the U.S.?

These calls were made 4 times to me this week and said I'm being sued for two claims! Hung up ! Called later their mail box full it claimed and no name was announced sick of these people and scams!! I blocked their calls

they keep calling my job and cell phone my husband cell phone saying i have fraud attached to my ss# and I will get a summons in two days itd been over two months now I need it to stop I call them when I told them I called the FCC they hang up the phone am feed up with them.

the just call again from a new number 850-359-4878 am so feed up of these people I called the fcc!

I have att as well... could this be a thing? I also seem to get my debit card hacked everytime I make a payment over the phone with att. Only when I make a payment over the phone. Always in the same city in georgia as well.
