I've been getting these same calls from this same number on my home and cell number. Clearly it's a scam, I've reported it to my local police department and they said that since they couldn't write down the report because no crime as been committed but to freeze everything attached to SSN, so that no one can open anything up in my name and I did. Well just got another call from them about a loan that I never took out. I never received anything in the mail about owing any money to this company that I've never heard of. I looked up their website and it looks legit but not professional if you can make sense of that. I don't owe anyone so I'm not worried and you shouldn't be either. Don't worry just thank God it's just a scam and DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT give out your info. Hope this helps!!

same notes as CWG40 above. Same female voice from a  variety of numbers. Same stupid 'charges'...same stupid scam attempt. Now blocked! I know they'll move on to another spoofed number but I don't care!!!

This female recording keeps calling my cell phone AND my work phone and leaving harrassing messages.  SO OVER IT.  Will be reporting.

Just like everyone else, the voicemail I receivedwas the same as all of you.  These guys are ruthless.  However they get your information, they make you nervous and uneasy about dealing with everyone else.  The local law enforcement does not know how to deal with these guys.  The have many phone numbers from various states and change the numbers up to fool you.  Be ruthless with them.  Take their number and dial it every 15 minutes and ask for the same thing over and over.  Tell them to please send the validation of debt.  Tell them they said they have all of your addresses, employers names, etc.  Tell them to use the resources they say they have to validate the debt to your address.  You won't receive anything in the mail. They are crooks and scammers.

This is a bill collection company trying to collect money.  Not necessarily a scam, but definitely annoying.  I have been getting calls all week from them looking for someone that either had this telephone number before I did or used this telephone number as a contact number in some fraudulent financial transactions.  I called them back and sat on hold for about 10 minutes waiting to speak with someone.  She asked me for a case number, which I wrote down from the automated message that was on my voicemail. I gave her the case number, she told me the name of the person they were looking for and I told her that the number they were calling was not that persons phone number. She apologized and stated they would remove my phone number from the file and I should not receive any further calls from them.

If you are getting calls from them, have a little patience and give them a call. The woman that answers wasn't over cordial, but she was polite and apologetic for inconveniencing me.

We shall see if my call and request to them worked.

Don't be .. I was too, they sound for real however after talking to them for couple mins you know they are scammers ..

Received a call today say I defaulted on a loan from Bank of America that I know I have not taken out. Was told if I didn't make arraignments to settle this debt I will have to go before a judge. I asked for a number that I can contact Bank of America directly, was told that the papers are sealed and she can't give me that information. Asked to speak to someone else, put on hold and no one picked up. These people are crazy! Scam;

Got exact same call turning it over to police, everyone should do the same
