I am about tired of this AT&T Direct TV automated voice message...Blocked, so it doesn't ring...But, if I try to dial the 805-637-7243 it goes to my voicemail! WHAT!

It's complicated, but using technology to force real caller IDs to be verified through the phoneco: https://blog.hiya.com/stir/shaken-does-it-reduce-illegal-call-spoofing Use any number of apps that filter out known junk caller numbers use. And register with donotcall.gov

The keyword here is "seemed".  Signing up for the Do Not Call Registry tends to make people pay even more attention to the calls they are receiving (usually expecting to see immediate results).

After the 30 day period the FTC allows for legitimate telemarketers to update their calling lists (which they have to do every 30 days) with the current lists, that would include your number, you would have seen an virtual end of calls from the legitimate telemarketers.  The scofflaw telemarketers and scammers will still continue to call since they do not care about the law.
Claims that they get numbers from the list are pretty ridiculous. They would have to register with the FTC and submit documentation to prove that they are legitimate telemarketers and then after they have bee vetted, they have to pay the FTC to get the numbers on the list.  Buying a list of numbers for people who do not want to be called does not help telemarketers to sell anything.  Scammers do not need to go through all that effort and cost when they can just use automatic dialing equipment to dial through all the numbers in an area code one after another, not caring who they call.
Over the past several years, unwanted calls by scammers and others not obeying the Do Not Call regulations has increased from month to month.  Whether or not you had signed up on the registry you would have still seen an increase in these calls.  The registry only decreases calls from the legitimate telemarketers.

If you "know who it is!" why didn't you share that information? That is what this website is for and you did take the time to look up a known phone number. Although why you replied to people who posted several years ago and still never return to see your comments is a mystery.

I had an experience last night a call at 9:14 p.m. from this 8056377243 only to realize it's asking for my v.m. # and pin. Everything I am seeing on here states it's T-mobile voicemail, but I have a boost phone. Anyone else have any experience with this?

Your are correct and incorrect. It is a T-Mobile number however it's being cloned by scammers so that's the # which shows up on your caller ID but not the true # that's calling everyone.
