Whatever you do, never call back and provide ANY information, i.e. s/security #, passwords, telephone numbers, etc.  These are "dialer" robo calls from all over the world.  There are millions a day for thousands of cell and land lines.  Don't feed into any of this, just delete (or block if you have that capacity), and understand that because of fierce lobbying interests and many other scams like ID theft, there is very little recourse. I have tried the "Do Not Call Registry" -- to no avail. I received this phone number today on my cell! When I google the number, these posts appeared. The other various numbers are from Lowe's/GE Credit--calling day and night whether you have no account, do have an account, or do have a past due. The land line rang at 7:38 a.m.-- "rules" are that they and others can ring up to 3 times a day. Just protect yourself and if there is no coherent voicemail, do not concern yourself.  Robo calls are destructive to privacy, but considering there are millions per day, I believe we're all in for more of the same.

You might be able to block calls from the number.  Ask her provider how.  

Or put the number in her contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no ring".  That won't stop the calls but it will make them easier to ignore.

My daughter is getting this annoying phone calls for almost three weeks. It drives us crazy. This number has to stopped bother people.

I got the same call for many times.

We are uphere on the arctic ocean and have just recieved a bill for several calls from this number ....all with a duration of one minute . I see we are not the only ones .

This is a T-Mobile VoiceMail line....really.

Warning: if you receive a call from this number , you should put your phone in the microwave for 7 min.!!

Have T-mobile. Received a voicemail message from this number. It was difficult to understand (a lot of background interference) but said, "your account has been locked, press 1 now to unlock it" --which I did not do. Felt it may be a scam.

Starting 9-30-2011, I had this number on my outging calls seven times.  4 times were only one minute apart.  My phone is prepaid type.  Is time being deducted when this happens?  I have no idea who is doing this or how it could register as an outgoing call when I didn't make the call from my phone.  Can anyone explain???

I have been getting them for over a month. pretty sick and tired of it,there is a 1106 that calls, there are different 4 number calls and i can't find out this crap either. Does anyone else get these calls.

It is a t-mobile voicemail number. To eliminate the notice of Voice Mail on your phone, simply call the number, play your message and the voice mail icon on your phone will go away as long as you press 7 to delete.  It is not a scam number, but t-mobile does not control who calls your phone and leaves a message.

Been getting calls last couple wks one or two times daily or every other day, however they
leave a short broken msg. something about hrs of operation and line is dead. Unfortuneatly
they have been leaving vm and t-moblie charges me .45 cent for each vm msg. I need to
stop this harrassment and fill out a claim with the attorney generals ofc, to stop this from
happening and if others come forward it would help end this evasive privacy of our
rights and of me paying for their harrassment to me.

I had a pay as u go with no contract, and over the weekend changed to a contract and for the last few days evrytime I receive a message I also get a missed call from this number ... thanks for the info!!

I agree in the past 2 days i have received atleast 10 calls

Just got a prepaid service Cell phone & began getting these as voicemail alerts yesterday.  I just added the phone # to my "Reject This Number" list, so I'll never get any further contact from them.
