This a T-Mobile automated number.  If you are a T-Mobile Customer or a Consumer Cellular Customer.  They have this number automatically call you to charge for minutes you do not even use.  The customer service rep @ Consumer Cellular said that I was calling this # deliberately.  I told her that I had no acquaintances in California.  Another customer service rep from the same company told me to put this # on my automatic call rejection list.  I did and T-Mobile started using a different # to call me again to charge me for minutes I did not even use.

This call was a rambling message telling  me the IRS is looking for me and I could be arrested.
What nonsense,  I have lived at the same address for 34 years and have never had as much as a
traffic warning or any other problem.  This is really very upsetting and I want someone to do something to keep this number from getting thru.   Thank you.

    I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.
I have had 2 calls in voice mail from 805 637-7456 now.
The first was an emergency weather alert from my local Illinois police department.  Kind of important.
The second was a voice mail from my husband that should have showed as being from him.
My carrier is Consumer Cellular.  I phoned them to ask how I can delete a voice mail from a number that I can't identify, without actually listening to it. They told me the only way was to actually listen to the voice mail and then delete it.
It seems this number is used as a catch-all number for wayward calls, or for scam artists.  I will NOT answer any calls from this number.

Call using computer voice, something about Package deal for stay in Orlando Hotel, but I live in Orlando, and why use a Computer voice, for a robo sales call anyway? Sounds like a bunch of scams originating from this number.

I got a call from this number. Got it on my VM. She used my nickname and acted like an old friend. I don't know anyone in CA. I can never figure out how to delete VM without listening to the message. Someone said in the comments said you can't. More minutes used.

How do you block certain numbers

I just received a call from this number.  My phone indicated there was a voicemail but there was no message.

This number belongs to a messaging center.  When you call it, it'll ask for a code/password.   Ignore the call.  If you can block the number, do so but don't expect never to receive another call.    If you don't know how to block a number, call your carrier to find out what they offer that will allow you to avoid unwanted solicitations.    Keep in mind that even if you're on the no call list, it doesn't prevent these groups from dialing phone numbers in sequence.  There is nothing that's going to help you there.   Lastly, many of these groups use Magic Jack to assign themselves a new phone number and they'll still call.  If it gets to be a real hassle, contact the FCC.  It helps to report the event even though the FCC may not be able to do much with it right away.

    Welcome to 21st century technology.

Using fake 403 number from Canada
I keep getting calls from 403-226-0103, an Alberta, Canada number.  But, the number that shows up when the person leaves a voicemail is from the number 805-637-7456.  They're using the 403 # to cover up whatever their annoying scam is.  4 calls in 2 days that I don't answer, including one after 10p.  They leave a blank voicemail.

got a call, didn't answer, phone says there's a voice mail but there's no way to delete it without "listening". I have Consumer Cellular also, thru AARP. Really dislike callers who target senior citizens! Just another reason to move to another country.

I received a call with no message from this number on a new Consumer Cellular phone.  I've been happy with Consumer Cellular, but this strange call leads me to wonder about the source of this irregularity.

I've had two calls from this number. I am a new Consumer Celluar customer.
I added the number to my contacts as "Spam" and set it to go directly to voice mail.
I also created a ringtone that is completely silent and assigned it to this contact.
I delete the voice mail by calling from my home phone to avoid wasting minutes.
