This number shows up on my phone every day (often multiples times).  This has been going on for maybe as long as a year.  In other words hundreds and hundreds of times.  The phone doesn't ring, the number appears saying there is a voicemail, but (mercifully) there never is--not once.  I'm surprised that people here report having to access messages in order to delete.  If that were the case for me, I surely would have gone mad by now.  Consequently I'm not using up minutes and I've just become numb to it as there seems to be no way to stop it.  Interesting to hear the different experiences you all are having regarding this annoyance.  Don't people have anything better to do?  Guess not.

I receive the 805 637 7456 all the time. And sometimes when I make a phone call. I do use Consumer Cellular phone can I talk to the customer services?

I enter my password and when the message begins i hit delete and it's gone, no waiting until the end.

When I said delete I meant to say I hit 7 and it goes to deletion.

Warrant for my arrest has been issued. 3x today. Left number 9182159117 for call back.

Received two calls this afternoon from 805/637-7456. These calls were a couple minutes apart and were not answered. It said they left voicemails, but there were no messages. Phone is from Consumer cellular.

This number had begun to leave voice message  bypassing my blocked calls.  They say they have a warrant for arrest.,  They leave their number as 844-277-8116.  Avoid!

VM received, when played back, phony IRS threat. Some poster here said hit 33 if using Consumer Cellular, this will take u to message's end. Then hit 7 to delete message. Worked for me. Don't know how to block #s, but it seems futile to even try, as these scaumbags just keep spoofing new #s.

Since joining Consumer Cellular I get daily voice messages from this number that do not leave messages or just make noises or say nothing.  I tried 2 call blockers that did not stop it.  I tried blocking every area code in California and they still go thru.  I will try blocking the numbers identified in other posts.  It is highly annoying and is obvious they are using the 805-637-7456 to mask their real phone number.

I know if you're using T-mobile or Ting (and maybe others) it's the voice mail access number.

Repeated voice mail calls at all hours .  No message ever left.

This is the number used by Consumer Cellular to call you to advise you have voicemail  You cannot stop it.  The problem is CC's voicemail system that only shows that number when you have a message or messages.  I play back the message then hit 5 to identify the actual number.  I write it down, then using the True caller app, I enter it into the block calls list.  Then I hit 7 to delete it,   True Caller and Mr. Number are both free call blocker apps.  They let you enter individual numbers and also entire area codes!  I have been building my list of numbers to block and the number of spam calls has gradually decreased.

Credit scam.  What will these goddamn snake charmers think of next?

This caller insists upon calling me--last call was about 7:25 9/7/17. Any numbers I don't know---I don't answer. I could live without this!
