I believe I finally discovered where these "calls" were coming from. After visiting my local Target store where I signed up for Consumer Cellular service, the Tech. there gave me a very simple explanation about the mystery behind this phone number. This is just the number that alerts you to all incoming voice mails. Call the number and listen to your messages. Delete (7) or save (9)  as you wish. I was able to verify this right there.

This number appeared on my outgoing calls list after I checked my voicemail.

These creeps call me repeatedly immediately after I take my phone off of airplane mode...every time. I block the calls and never answer, but still, the calls leave voice mails. Reporting to several agencies to stop this outrageous problem. Law suit to follow and I WILL collect. The Courts are tired of this as well.

So you know who and where they are? Good. Please share it so others who may be interested can also file a suit. Just their legal name and billing address is good.

The scum bags call my cell phone EVERY time I take it off airplane mode. I would NEVER do business from an unknown entity, so they need to just go away. They are scum of the earth to bother me this way.

calls that go to vm at least 8x per day. Tried blocking that did not work. The search of this number says it belongs to T-Mobile

Left a creepy silent voicemail

Tried to get me to take a vacation, by pressing a number.  Then tried to get me to press another number to be put on do not call list.  I am already on the do not call list.  This has to be crooked.

1-805-637-7465, when the friend 1-415, this 1-805-637-7456 automatically appears in my phone. Look back on Phone logS, then know it's the Voicemail.

Found this number and it says new voicemail, but when I go to answer it, it is not there.

Like many have noted, empty messages appear without the phone ringing. Recent news reports say it is next to impossible to block, and the FTC is not doing anything about it.The telecom industry claims that leaving a voicemail without the phone ringing does not qualify as solicitation, and wants it legalized.

These are telemarketers and have nothing to do with consumer  cellular

Get a silent voice several times a week very aggravating

My new cell phone hasn't been activated, yet, this number shows up as having left a voice mail when that should not be possible. Contacted Consumer Cellular to get rid of the minutes and data usage related to this number.

On your log of incoming calls, tap the "More" button and a delete option should show up. Check the calls that you want to delete without going to "Voice Mail" and then the "delete" button. Poof all gone.

I have this number on my phone every time I turn it on. I seldom use the phone for calls, just text, Web access and photos. Swipe left every day.
